The investigation primarily assessed crucial financialvariables, including profitability ratios, asset turnover, and liquidity indicators, to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial well-being and pinpointpotential areas for enhancement. This examination has revealed several significant discoveries. Initially, the corporation demonstrated a consistent pattern of robust profitability, as indicated by a substantial increase in the net income ratio in 2020. Despite minor variations in the following years, profitability consistently remained strong, highlighting effective cost control and revenue creation strategies. Asia Development Bank (ADB) signed a Multi-Tranche Financing Faculty (MFF) Agreement with Bangladesh Government in 2014, to support long-term and comprehensive skills development efforts in Bangladesh assessing its potential contribution to higher GDP growth by skilling and up-skilling a large number of working-age people in priority sectors.
