The executive summary provides a concise overview of a thorough financial study carried out on the company's performance throughout the previous four years. The purpose is to offer a succinct summary of the discoveries, goals, and suggestions obtained from the analysis. The investigation primarily assessed crucial financialvariables, including profitability ratios, asset turnover, and liquidity indicators, to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial well-being and pinpointpotential areas for enhancement. This examination has revealed several significant discoveries. Initially, the corporation demonstrated a consistent pattern of robust profitability, as indicated by a substantial increase in the net income ratio in 2020. Despite minor variations in the following years, profitability consistently remained strong, highlighting effective cost control and revenue creation strategies. Furthermore, the analysis demonstrated a promising enhancement in fixed asset turnover, suggestingefficient exploitation of fixed assets to stimulate revenue expansion. Nevertheless, a decrease in the overall turnover of assets emphasized the need to improve the efficiency of asset usage for long-term performance enhancement. Regarding liquidity, there were oscillations, and notably, the current ratio had a significant decline in 2020, indicating possible difficulties in maintaining sufficient cash.

Lastly, in the third part, there have analysis and examination by calculating the last four years' financial data of Trust Bank. By calculating some crucial significant financial ratios there have found out the actual scenario and the financial standing, financial strength, and weakness of Trust Bank Limited. This internship report is based on the three-month-long internship program that was completed at Kumudini Welfare Trust of Bengal (BD) Ltd. as a requirement of my MBA program. This report includes the history of the Kumudini Welfare Trust along with detailed information about the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) which has been implemented by the Government of Bangladesh under a multi- Tranche financing framework arrangement with the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Asia Development Bank (ADB) signed a Multi-Tranche Financing Faculty (MFF) Agreement with Bangladesh Government in 2014, to support long-term and comprehensive skills development efforts in Bangladesh assessing its potential contribution to higher GDP growth by skilling and up-skilling a large number of working-age people in priority sectors. The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is also co-financing the program, which supports skills development from 2014 to 2024.
