    This report is prepared on the basis of my three-month practical experience at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. This internship program helped me to learn about the practical scenario of an Electronics Industries. Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is a dynamic and leading countrywide Leading Electronics Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is a giant Electronics Company of Bangladesh, commenced its operation in 2008. This report has been presented based on my observation and experience gathered from the company. The internship report has been prepared on ‘An Evaluation on Marketing Activities of Walton Hi- Tech Industries PLC’ based on both primary and secondary data. The information used in this report has been collected from various sources such as, daily reports of activities, interviews with employees, blogs, website, website backend and sales reports. The first part of the report contains information of the organization itself, the products and services that Electronics Showroom is providing to the customer and vision for the future. The second part of the report contains the nature of job, my duties and responsibilities towards the job and some suggestions how they can improve their current marketing strategy. The third part contains the main part that I was involved in my internship. In this part I have discussed about marketing activity of Bengal Solutions Limited as like marketing mix, Segmentation, targeting and positing. Finally, I have identified some problems regarding the performance of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. Meanwhile I have included my suggestions and recommendations in order to eradicate the weaknesses of their department. Finally, I have ended my report through including references and sources that I have used to make this report

    Internship Report on Analyzing Marketing Mix Strategy of Believe International Private Limited

    This report analyses the marketing mix and the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) strategy of Believe International Private Limited, the top most personal care and biggest halal company in the world. Believe International has developed its own presence in the FMCG sector both offline and online social with a special business model that comes into play with a broad audience in the online FMCG industry. The report studies the efficiency of the company’s existing marketing strategies in terms of the value they generate, the visibility of the brand, and the formation of customer relationships. The findings specifically show that Believe International has been able to identify a targeted market of interested mature, cost-sensitive customers. The company, in turn, segmented itself through a defined segmentation based on demographic and behavioral factors target audience and tailored its marketing strategies to its needs. In the marketing mix analysis, the economy, penetration, and distribution as well as promotion are analyzed using one for affordability, direct for increased accessibility, and integrated for increasing brand reach. These findings give rise to the report’s recommendation to extend demographic segmentation for younger customers and further emphasize trendy products for engagement. Recommendations related to pricing and promotion strategies reflect further improvement in customer access and distribution network to strengthen. Overall, the company's current marketing strategy effectively addresses market demands, positioning it favourably to expand its presence in Bangladesh's highly competitive personal care sector. Implementing the proposed enhancements would further strengthen its competitive edge and significantly improve customer loyalty prospects.

    Impact of ERP System Features on Customer Satisfaction in the RMG Sector in Bangladesh: A study on Skylark Soft Ltd.

    This study explores the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system features on customer satisfaction in Bangladesh's Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector, focusing on Skylark Soft Ltd. The research examines how key ERP attributes—Ease of Use, Operational Efficiency, Cost-Effectiveness, and Customization & Flexibility—contribute to improving customer experience and business performance. Employees of the RMG Industry were surveyed and interviewed as part of a qualitative case study methodology. To find important trends and difficulties related to the deployment of ERP systems, the data was subjected to thematic analysis utilizing programs like ATLAS.ti9 and Microsoft Excel. Results show that ERP systems greatly improve business operations through cost management optimization, process automation, and improved data accessibility. To maximize ERP benefits, however, obstacles such as system adaption, high implementation costs, shortages in user training, and technical problems still exist. Notwithstanding these drawbacks, capabilities like process automation, real-time data access, and an accessible interface improve customer satisfaction by lowering errors, boosting productivity, and simplifying processes. To increase acceptance rates, the study highlights the necessity of ongoing ERP optimization, which includes improved user training initiatives, system customization to meet industry- specific requirements, and adaptable cost structures. RMG producers may optimize ERP efficiency and guarantee long-term business success and increased customer satisfaction by tackling these issues. Business executives, ERP developers, and industry stakeholders may all benefit from this research's insightful recommendations on how to improve ERP strategies for better customer service and operational success in the cutthroat RMG market.

(BML), with a particular emphasis on the 4Ps—Product, Price, Promotion, and Place—alongside an analysis of STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning). The primary objective is to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of BML’s marketing strategies, especially within the competitive market for electronic appliances such as RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning), REF (Refrigerators), WME (Washing Machines), MWO (Microwave Ovens), and various other household products. By analyzing the 4Ps, this report examines how Butterfly Marketing Ltd. (BML) manages its product portfolio, pricing strategies, promotional efforts, and distribution network. The company offers a wide variety of consumer goods, with a strong focus on its product lineup. To remain competitive, BML strategically determines its pricing based on market trends and consumer preferences, ensuring that its products are recognized as both high-quality and cost-effective. Aligned with the objectives of this report, the study also analyzes the competitive market share and identifies the marketing challenges Butterfly Marketing Ltd. faces in this segment. Drawing from these insights, various recommendations are proposed to strengthen BML’s marketing mix strategy.     This report was prepared during my internship at Ship International Hospital and has provided me with valuable insights into the practical workings of the healthcare sector. Ship International Hospital is a leading patient service provider hospital in Bangladesh. The report is divided into five chapters: Chapter One contains the introductory part of the report, including the introduction, origin, objectives, scope, methodology, and limitations of the study. Chapter Two consists of a literature review of the recruitment and selection process. Chapter Three provides an organizational profile of Ship International Hospital. Chapter Four analyzes the recruitment and selection process of Ship International Hospital, detailing recruitment methods, selection procedures, recruitment policies, and an analysis of the questionnaire. Chapter Five discusses the problems in the recruitment process, including: Frequent turnover of new hires – Many employees leave within a short period, affecting workforce stability. Candidates not meeting job requirements– The hospital faces difficulties in finding candidates with the necessary skills and experience. Delays in filling critical vacancies – A lengthy hiring process negatively impacts hospital operations. Candidates dropping out mid-process – Many applicants abandon the recruitment process before completion. Ineffective initial resume screening – Manual screening methods fail to efficiently filter the best candidates. To overcome these challenges, the following strategic solutions are proposed: Use AI-driven recruitment tools – Implementing AI-powered resume screening will improve the precision and effectiveness of preliminary screenings, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates. Introduce comprehensive onboarding programs – Well- structured onboarding will ensure that new hires receive adequate training and support, reducing high turnover rates observed within the initial months. Improve communication with candidates –Engaging with applicants throughout the recruitment process will help reduce dropout rates. Keep candidates informed about their application status -Providing timely updates on application progress and next steps will maintain their interest and commitment. By implementing these strategic recommendations, Ship International Hospital can enhance its recruitment efficiency, reduce employee turnover, and build a skilled and committed workforce. A structured and technology-driven hiring approach will ensure the hospital continues to provide high-quality patient care while fostering a professional work environment.

    Exploring the Impact of Cost Drivers and Quality Control on Profit Margin Optimization: A Qualitative Analysis of Knit RADIX in Bangladesh’s Apparel Industry

    This study investigates Exploring the Impact of Cost Drivers and Quality Control on Profit Margin Optimization: A Qualitative Analysis of Knit RADIX in Bangladesh’s Apparel Industry. The research adopts a qualitative design with a case study approach to gain in-depth insights into the perspectives of employees from the company’s people. This methodology ensures a comprehensive understanding of the research objectives. The study focuses on identifying Cost Drivers and Quality Control on Profit Margin Optimization. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select 10 participants, all of whom are directly involved in the companies. Data was collected through face-to-face interviews conducted over a one-week period (January 20, 2025, to January 30, 2025). The cross-sectional methodology allowed for the collection of data at a single point in time, providing a clear snapshot of the challenges and strategies in these critical areas. The study utilized ATLAS.ti 9 for thematic coding and qualitative data analysis, enabling the identification of patterns, interdependencies, and relationships between variables. Microsoft Excel was used for organizing data and generating visualizations to complement the qualitative findings. This integrated approach ensured robust and reliable analysis. Key findings reveal that the apparel industry in Bangladesh is a vital contributor to the country's economy, with exports accounting for a significant portion of national revenue. However, rising production costs, raw material price fluctuations, and quality compliance requirements pose ongoing challenges to apparel manufacturers. This study employs a qualitative research approach to examine how cost drivers and quality control impact profit margin optimization at Knit RADIX, a leading garment manufacturer in Bangladesh. Through interviews, surveys, and document analysis, key themes related to cost drivers, quality management, and strategic profit optimization are explored. This research focuses on perspectives from factory GM, production Team, quality teams, and Merchandizing team to gain in-depth insights into cost pressures and quality-related challenges. The findings highlight that material costs, operational overheads, production inefficiencies, and stringent quality control measures significantly influence the company's profitability. Additionally, strategies for mitigating costs and maintaining quality standards are discussed to provide a holistic understanding of profit margin optimization.

The study evaluates the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations, while identifying key challenges and proposing actionable recommendations for improvement.Texpro ECO Apparel Ltd. operates with a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical labor practices, and high-quality production. With a workforce of around 4,000 employees, the company exports apparel to major markets such as the USA, Canada, and Europe. The HR department plays a vital role in ensuring workforce efficiency, compliance with labor laws, and employee satisfaction. The recruitment process at Texpro ECO Apparel Ltd. includes both internal and external methods, such as promotions, transfers, newspaper advertisements, and online job postings. However, the study identifies high employee turnover as a significant challenge, partly due to inadequate onboarding programs for new hires. Training and development initiatives focus on skill enhancement, but there is a lack of long-term career development plans. New employees often receive insufficient orientation, leading to early productivity issues. Performance management relies on relative ranking systems, but a more structured approach with regular feedback and goal alignment could improve employee engagement and performance.
