Abstract

This internship report is prepared for MBA which is expected for this program. After finishing my internship program in the Human asset branch of Trade Bank ltd, I have prepared my internship report with my insight and viable ability, and experience. This report was prepared on "Preparing and advancement interaction of Commercial Bank ltd, and there have the preparation and improvement cycle, strategies and bunches of the way for the improvement of their workers. Commercial Bank ltd is one of the trailblazer monetary organizations in Bangladesh, and this association coordinates various sorts of preparation and advancement projects to build their worker's performance for getting improved yield. Trade Bank spends a gigantic sum on their instructional meeting which is not extending, however, is a venture for getting improved yield.
