Item Impact of marketing on lead generation: REDX Logistics Limited(BRAC University, 5/22/2022) Taosif, Isfar Hossain; Zaman, Raisa TasneemThis report is a detailed overview of my internship journey at RedX Logistics Limited. During my Internship I have learned a lot about Corporate Sales and its different applications. I have known about the work flow of marketing agencies along with the functions the department performs. I have learned to work in a corporate space which not only enriched me professionally but also helped me grow personally as well. My contribution was appreciated by my supervisor and other members of the department. As appreciation for my hard work and dedication RedX Logistics Limited offered me full time employment in their organization and I am currently working as a key account manager here. The career path I would be selecting for myself is quite influenced from my internship as I have had a great opportunity to practically see how the Corporate Sales sector is working and evolving in Bangladesh. However, this report has been written in a short time. I tried my best to show the relation between marketing and sales and summarized my learning in this report.Item The impact of social media marketing on brand engagement: a study on motorcycle brands in Bangladesh(BRAC University, 2026-04) Mohaimen, Abdullah Al; Hasan, MD TanvirThe aim of this internship report is to observe how the different functions of digital marketing are associated to brand engagement, purchase intention, customer loyalty in the context of the Bangladesh Motorcycle industry with CFMOTO Bangladesh as a case. The report will be based on the practical internship experience of the Digital Marketing and Brand Communication Department and research topic is: “The Impact of Social Media Marketing on Brand engagement: A Study on the Motorcycle Brands of Bangladesh”. In today's world, Bangladesh's motorcycle industry is tough and digital consumer behavior is playing a significant role in the industry. Digital marketing has become a vital strategic media for influencing customers' opinion and buying intention as consumers are greatly depending on social media to evaluate products and communicating with brands. Encounters with practical aspects of the internship, mainly concerning campaign management, consumer interaction activities, CRM coordination, and social media communication, gave insightful lessons on consumer interaction and the impact of digital campaigning. This report comprehends an organization analysis of CFMOTO, Bangladesh with SWOT and Porter's Five forces Model in order to assess the company's competitive condition and company's business environment. The results of the study show that marketing activities have an influence on customer engagement and purchase intention, where ATL has a significant influence and BTL has a significant influence. ATL activations like Online Video Commercials (OVCs), social media campaigns and seasonal activations have proved to be extremely successful and effective towards creating awareness and digital reach. BTL activities such as showroom activations, test ride events and engagement campaigns, in contrast, produced a better experiential engagement and level of consumer trust. Rather, post-experience engagement–probably via customer stories, customer experience, and community engagement–had a stronger impact on customers' sense of loyalty and advocacy. Social media marketing can create good attraction and engagement with consumers, but it is also important for marketers to measure their customer experiences and build trust for long-lasting customers. Given the background of the scenario, the report states that the use of one or any other of these value adding tools separately would not make any sustainable position for the branding of a motor bike company in Bangladesh one should use the combination of all the three.Item Evolution of social media content creation in university marketing: a study on digital tools and trends Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology (ADUST)(BRAC University, 2026-01) Tahim, Nafiz Al; Anis, MukitInternship report is about the digital marketing practices of Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology (ADUST) mainly through social media marketing activities of Facebook and Instagram platforms. The study aims at analyzing the use of digital marketing strategies in promoting academic programs, admission offers, scholarships, departmental activities, and institutional branding in the competitive higher education market of Bangladesh. During the internship, the author was engaged in the Marketing Department of ADUST, and among the duties was helping with social media content creation, handling posts, reels, and short videos, as well as supporting digital marketing campaigns. The work outputs of the Skill Development Institute (SDI) have featured in this report as well. The SDI offers a range of skill, based courses such as IELTS, Spoken English, Writing, Customer Care, Telesales that are promoted through social media channels. The paper has employed a qualitative methodology. It has mainly relied on the collection of qualitative data through semi, structured interviews with students and staff members and by observing social media content. The results of the study reveal that among contemporary digital content formats, reels and video, based posts are the ones that lead to significantly higher engagement as compared to traditional static posts. The introduction and utilization of digital tools such as Canva and AI, based applications have brought about a remarkable transformation in terms of the quality, creativity, and efficiency of the content produced. On the other hand, the research has also pointed out some issues that need to be resolved for the social media marketing strategy of the institution to be more effective. Among these issues, the lack of a posting schedule which is consistently adhered to, the underutilization of analytics tools, and the insufficient coordination between departments stand out. According to the report, a well, thought, out digital marketing strategy is essential for educational institutions to achieve a high level of student engagement, an increase in brand recognition, and a more effective communication process with their target audiences. Lastly, the research has come up with a set of actionable suggestions which are aimed at not only enabling ADUST and SDI to improve their digital marketing but also to consolidate their positions as renowned universities in the digital era.Item Evaluating the effectiveness of digital content marketing on a premium automotive lubricant brand(BRAC University, 2026-02) Turjo, Manjur E Elahi; Islam, Mohammad Shahidul; Akhtar, AfsanaThis report was written based on the internship experience, including the findings of the research undertaken during a three-month placement in the marketing department of ACI Motors PLC, the team in charge of the digital marketing of Liqui Moly Bangladesh through which Liqui Moly is distributed in Bangladesh solely by ACI Motors. This internship was done as a part of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme requirement and the report is organized in 2 parts that are interconnected i.e. a discussion of the internship experience and a research project on the effectiveness of digital content marketing done by the brand. Through the internship, I became part of the daily operations of the marketing department of Liqui Moly Bangladesh and assisted with content planning, writing captions, scheduling social media postings, monitoring performance, and coordinating functions across the organization. The position offered practical insight into the reality of operating a premium brand in an online setting in a competitive environment sensitive to price, where the brand would have to constantly prove itself to be a premium brand, without driving away the economically sensitive market by its content having to convey messages about quality, technical know-how and the German engineering roots. In addition to the usual assignments, I was able to create a content performance tracking system within Microsoft Excel, I also assisted in competitor observation briefs and also in campaign review meetings that provided me a research aspect of this report. A combination of a practical finding that inspired the creation of the research project covered in the paper titled “Evaluating the Effectiveness of Digital Content Marketing on a Premium Automotive Lubricant Brand” is based on the fact that the brand has an active digital presence and consistently produces content, but the annotations of the effectiveness of this content had been only informal and haphazard. No formal mechanism was in place to know what types of content and what themes create the most response among the audience, or whether the content portfolio was on treating the brand within the premium positioning goals. This gap posed a risk (redistributed creative resources, possible weakening of the brand positioning) but also an opportunity (the possibility to make a data-driven baseline upon the refinement of the content strategy). The research design used was descriptive and evaluative based on mixed methods orientation. The engagement data (likes, comments, shares, and engagement rates) was quantitatively measured to all 47 organic posts posted on Facebook in the course of the observation and correlated with the qualitative measurements of the content qualities, visual quality, correlative consistency, and brand congruency. The content formats (static image, video, carousel, reel) and the categories of content theme (product feature, educational, promotional, lifestyle, event, testimonial) were identified and categorized using a designed Content Evaluation Framework. The results of the engagements were counted using an Engagement Performance Matrix. The three directional hypotheses and one exploratory research question were based on the literature on digital marketing and brand management and were used to carry out the analysis.Item Developing trust, segmentation, and crisis management in E-commerce: case of Adorsho Pranisheba Digital Qurbani and the sale of products(BRAC University, 2025-10) Ahmed, Fatema Ferdows; Morshed, Ahmed FahimThe report on this internship is a report on the digital marketing and e-commerce activities of the Adorsho Pranisheba Ltd., the leading agritech company in Bangladesh. The main goal of the internship was to receive practical experience on the sphere of digital marketing, customer interaction, campaign management, and trust-building tactics in the framework of the B2C and B2B agro-commerce services. As the intern, I actively worked on two significant campaigns the Digital Qurbani Campaign 2025 and the Seasonal Mango Campaign. I worked with the Qurbani campaign on content creation, engaging with customers through the use of social media and calls, and service recovery during high demand times. In the case of the mango campaign, I had a role of model and voiceover artist and provided human interest and credibility to the information. Content analysis was used to analyze these campaigns, whereby the effectiveness of video scripts, visuals, and messaging strategies of connecting with audiences, creating trust, and customer satisfaction were evaluated. The theoretical models used in the campaigns also included the SERVQUAL model, AIDA principles and the Customer Journey Mapping in ensuring that the campaigns complied with the marketing best practices. The study methodology involved qualitative and quantitative approaches that included direct participation of the campaign, observation and structured survey of B2C customers and B2B customers. It was the possibility of thorough evaluation of customer satisfaction, trust, and responsiveness of service delivery. Recommendations were made based on the findings and content analysis in order to increase the reliability, better customer service, enhance the indicators of trust, further customer-centered activities, capitalize on digital marketing, and create long-term relationships with institutional buyers. The following recommendations are intended to enhance customer experience and engagement, as well as remain competitive in the digital agro-commerce market. In general, the internship offered invaluable real-world experience that added value to my knowledge on the subject of digital marketing strategies, content creation, campaign management, content effectiveness analysis, and customer relationship practices. It connected the gap between the theoretical learning of my academic studies and the practical area of agritech marketing.Item Developing an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for sustainable product marketing in local and international markets: a case study on Freen Crafts and Fashion Limited(BRAC University, 2025-01) Bhuiyan, Md Nazmul Hoque; Hossain, SaifThis report is a review of my internship experience at Freen Crafts & Fashion Limited, with insights into how Account Based Marketing (ABM) can be utilized to market sustainable products in local and international markets. Tanvir; Tabassum, TakmillaThis internship report provides a detailed account of the internship experience with Fade In Filmworks, a boutique production house specializing in digital content and storytelling. The report comprises three key sections: a description of the internship experience, an examination of the organization's operational and strategic practices, and a research based project that investigates the influence of digital storytelling on the customer engagement process. The project employs qualitative analysis and engagement measurement to assess the effectiveness of content, suggesting that a well-organized brand storytelling approach would be created to enhance digital marketing efforts. This internship report presents an analytical and in depth account of my three-month internship experience with my host company, Fade In Filmworks, a boutique media and production company specializing in digital content services, narrative marketing, and crafting creative stories for diverse clients. The report will be organized into three distinct and interrelated parts. The firm has two production facilities, employs 150 local people. It contributes to 17% of Bangladesh's total plastic production, with 30% sold to worldwide retailers such as H&M and Zara. Through departmental exposure and direct observation during my 3-month internship, especially in the marketing and product development department, I identified major gaps in the strong and ethical manufacturing and its traditional marketing practices. In spite of their successful production capabilities and commitment to sustainability, SJ Paper and Plastic relies a lot on outdated marketing strategies, mainly an inactive Facebook page and an old website. The organizational examination reveals a mismatch. While the company abides Islamic values, contributes to domestic employment and produces environmentally friendly items, modern consumers are not made aware of these competitive advantages. My findings suggest that without strategic digital transformation, the company is at risk of losing market share to digitally savvy competitors in a marketplace which is becoming more and more environmentally aware. The study recommends the implementation of detailed digital marketing strategies such as social media engagement, influencer collaborations and SEO to properly communicate the firm’s ethical standards and secure an increasing demand for sustainable goods.Item Analyzing the effectiveness of branding activities in amusement parks: internship experience at Concord Group(BRAC University, 2025-06) Rahman, Inkiyad; Chaiti, Noshin AnjumThis internship report is based on a three-month internship program carried out at Concord Entertainment Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Concord Group, from December 15, 2024, to March 15, 2025. The internship was undertaken as part of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with a major in Marketing. The main objective of this internship was to gain practical experience in marketing operations, particularly focusing on branding strategies within the entertainment sector. During the internship, I was assigned to the Marketing Department and actively participated in branding and promotional activities for Concord’s two major amusement parks Fantasy Kingdom and Water Kingdom. This provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how branding functions in real-world business scenarios, especially in experience-based service industries like amusement parks. The research component of this report explores the effectiveness of branding activities at Concord’s amusement parks. The study involved qualitative interviews with the Marketing Manager and other team members, alongside direct observation and analysis of promotional materials and social media campaigns. The findings show that mascots, logos, thematic decorations, and digital media campaigns are instrumental in shaping customer perception, increasing footfall, and encouraging repeat visits. The report also presents a detailed company background, outlining the history, mission, vision, objectives, values, and key services of Concord Group. It further includes a literature review linking academic theories of branding with practical applications in the amusement and entertainment sector. Challenges faced during the internship included limited access to internal data, time constraints, coordination issues among departments, and budget limitations for campaign execution. Despite these difficulties, the internship offered valuable insights into branding practices, digital marketing, team collaboration, and customer engagement strategies. In conclusion, this internship experience has significantly enhanced my understanding of marketing operations and branding implementation. It has also bridged the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, equipping me with essential skills for a successful career in marketing and brand management.Item Analyzing social media marketing strategies: from the practices of VISAThing(BRAC University, 2025-07) Mamun, Sadaf Bin; Ahmed, RiyashadThe report originated as a result of my internship program that I have completed as a requirement of the BBA program of Brac University.
