EDUMATRIC, a top consulting company has started a new program to offer online counseling 24/7 to meet the changing needs of the industry. The 24/7 online counseling system has many benefits, especially because it’s easy to access. Students from far-off or lacking resources areas as well as those with busy schedules, can easily get in touch with expert counselors whenever they need, no matter where they are or what time it is. Technical issues, like unstable internet connection and lack of skills in using technology in Bangladesh, make it harder for people to access online counseling. This RPF industry might have an immense impact on overall outsourcing industry in Bangladesh. USA and clients are investing in 401(k) industry since its showing appositive growth in both stock market and individual’s financial security. The entire asset gained from RPF funds are worth 10 million around the globe.Item 401k Retirement Plan: A Case study on Data Path Limited(BRAC University, 2022-06) Alam, Anna; Ahmed, Md. ShamimData Path Limited acts as a third-party administrator to its mother company, July Services established in Texas, USA. July Services is bound to outsource its business processes as the average gross salary in the US is high. It is due to this reason that the mother company arranges more TPA companies to carry out its 401k operations effectively and efficiently. The accounting principles or procedures of Retirement Provident Fund (RPF) followed by the USA is complex on root level as opposed to what we learn here in Bangladesh. People in the USA industry follow a set of rules and regulations while carrying out the 401k operations and it is due to those rules that the RPF accounting procedures have grown to be so complicated in the first place. The RPF industry without any doubt may have an impact on the outsourcing world here in Bangladesh. This sector happens to be lucrative as more people are investing in 401k plans at an exponential rate and simultaneously showing growth in both stock market and individual financial security. Bangladesh can learn a lot from this industry. This applies to how one must abide by rules and how the US government is concerned for its elderly and retired citizens.Item 4th industrial revolution turned hurdles for the capital market in Bangladesh: Possibilities and problems(BRAC University, 11/23/2022) Tasfia, Naziza; Ahmed, RiyashadIn last couple of years stock market has developed is a major manner. I have completed my internship with the Unilever Bangladesh and it has been one of the amazing journeys. The four-year knowledge of my university I have tried to implement and learn from them. I have done my final report on the financial standings of the company in the market but due to lack of financial information of the company in Bangladesh as it is not listed in Bangladesh, I had to took the information related to finance from the global database. During my report I had the opportunity to learn a completely new model “Multiple Valuation Method” which I had use for calculating the actual stock price of the company and compare with their market price. During the interpretation of the results I had learned the reasons behind the results and ho the market works outside Bangladesh. I had also learned the reasons behind the changes of the stock price and the possible reasons that happened in the stock market. I tried to link up all the findings based on analysis and discussions. While preparing the report I always tried my best level to make it reliable and at the same time easily understandable. For this, I took customer survey on” A Comparative Analysis between FDR & MIS Services offered in IFIC Bank Ltd.” And also came up with a number of reference books and journals to get the theoretical backup. In spite of my heart and soul effort there may be some mistakes and unforeseen errors, which may arise due to my naive or inexperience state. I took 100 customers survey, base on my topic. I asked them some questions which help me to identify my problems and their answers. I ask them which service/scheme is more preferable FDR/MIS IFIC Bank and 2/3 customer prefer FDR service than MIS service.Item A comparative analysis between traditional marketing approach and ACPLs’ newly introduced marketing approach in the FMCG market of Bangladesh(BRAC University, 2022-12) Mahin, Muttaky Ibn; Islam, Mohammad ShahidulThe Internship report reflects my three months of work and learning as an Intern for a marketing campaign at ACME Consumer Products Ltd's Brand & Business Development Department.
