    Customers satisfaction of Daraz Bangladesh

    DARAZ Bangladesh is the pioneer of the E-commerce industry in Bangladesh who has brought a new era in the electronic shopping trend. It has set forth new trends for customers and also provided an extensive number of business options. I made an effort to include some facts in my report. In this report where it divided by three chapters. In the First chapter I have given a brief about myself, employment overview and shared my experiences and benefits during the work where I did my 3-month internship. In the Second Chapter the overview of Daraz with mission, vision and the operational processes. There I have made the internal and external analysis of Daraz based on the customers satisfaction. In Third Chapter where the project part is introduced with the objectives and methodology. I have tried to measure and analyze the customer satisfaction by analyzing the data which I have collected during my internship and I made a survey, collected responses. Based on the survey report I found some issues and know the needs about the customers which can help for better satisfaction. Finally, in the report has stated some problems in findings about the service and processes of Daraz and I have included some recommendations to overcome from the problems for better satisfaction of its customer. The project reveals the various processes and daily service and queries of customers. Based on the analysis, the report made some recommendations. I made an effort to learn about the service conditions of DARAZ and the kinds of services that customers are expecting from Daraz. In order to satisfy customers and understand their needs and demands, it is necessary to understand and make some changes in the service structure.

    Accounts activities of MaxPro IT Solutions

    In Bangladesh, MaxPro IT Solutions (MPITS) is an innovative IT Solutions company for new generation. MPITS has worked hard to establish a reputation for excellence in design, software quality, and customer service in the midst of hundreds of IT firms, as proven by its first five years of operation. The internship program at BRAC University Bangladesh, which is a requirement for the Masters in Business Administration, was the basis for this research. This study aims to provide insight into the accounts department of MaxPro IT Solutions. When creating this report, the accounts department's insights and the organization's performance analysis were attempted to be revealed. A few endorsements and initiatives were made which are based on the findings and results. My internship at MaxPro IT Solutions gave me tremendous practical experience. This report is divided into the following five sections. Background, scope, objective, technique, and limits are discussed in the first chapter. The MaxPro IT Solutions organizational profile and SWOT analysis are presented in Chapter 2 and the activities of the MaxPro IT Solutions accounting department are covered in Chapter 3. In Chapter 4 Job Profiles, Chapter 5 Recommendations and Conclusion. Finally, references are presented.

    Effectiveness of training and development at Fakir Apparels LTD.

    The internship report on Effectiveness of Training and Development at Fakir Apparels LTD: A Look from Fakir Apperals Limited as required by the Supervisor Rifat Iqbal, Lecturer, Department of Business Administration, BRAC University. The objectives of the study are to study & to analyze the training and development of Fakir Apparels. Both primary & secondary data are used to prepare this report. In Training wing, I have mainly assisted the training team in updating the personal files of regular employees with the number of trainings that they have done in 2015. I have assisted the compensation, pay and benefit team in order to process their final settlement data and the administration team in processing of leave of the employees.
