Item Smart City Building Plan in The Context of Bangladesh(Daffodil International University, 22-02-03) Sohan, Anisul Haque3D Visualization is a medium of presenting a concept with digital art and the help of 3D software. Human mind is a vast area of unpredictability & filled with extra ordinary imagination which can be expressed properly by the help of visualizing the thought. The concept of creating 3D visualization came to reality long before the 1990s when it became available for everyone. From the generation of Euclid (AKA the Father of Geometry) to 3D Printing it’s a massive evolution of digital footprints. In 1960s there was the first advancement of 3d happened by CAD (Computer Aided Design) software. In 1963 Ivan Sutherland created Sketchpad (AKA Robot Draftsman). The main objective of this project is to creating Smart City Features in perspective of Bangladesh and how they can be implemented properly and with possibility. We tried to visualize potential improvement possibilities. There was a lot of challenging tasks when the project was under development. We used Blender to create 3D elements and CyclesX (Integrated by default in Blender) for rendering.Item New Typeface Design & Development(Daffodil International University, 22-02-13) Sourav, Imrul KayesWe are moving faster in an era of digital communication and technology. Covid stopped our day-to-day workflow but that speed of transitioning towards digitalization also increased. No one thought before that we have to do class from home or have to shop from home. In that journey towards digitalization, the urgency of using our own language for communication is also increasing. In the time of typing when we press any key on our keyboard, it passes a signal through software and it shows a letter or that alphabet on our screen. Typeface or font are the media of displaying the character of any language on display. There are some Bangla fonts already available but most of them are developed in ANSI. But, very few good-quality Unicode Bangla fonts are available to use on the web. Most of the Bengali websites use those same common fonts. A typeface can express the vibe or mood of any brand or content if it is used wisely. Alphabet can make visual communication to the audience. We need more typefaces and fonts to use. My main goal for this project is to design and develop a new Unicode typeface implementing a modern design aesthetic. For that project, I will design and develop both Bangla and English letters with the same design characteristics. So that when we will write or type with that it will provide visual similarities and pleasing to eyes. That typeface will be licensed under “SIL Open Font License” so people can use that on the website or anywhere they want.Item Graphics Design & 3D Modeling in Spiral World(Daffodil International University, 22-02-13) Shovon, Mahothir MohammadI have interned in Spiral world which is a virtual 3d event platform. It's the first ever virtual 3d event platform in Bangladesh. I have been assigned here for design. Whereas it's a virtual 3d event platform so I have to do design and 3d projects with Spiral world. So, in my internship period there are lots of projects and events organized by Spiral world. In this period, I have been working as a graphic designer and 3d projects. There are some events organized by Spiral world in my internship period. I have worked as a graphic designer in DDI Expo. I have designed its User interface (UI). There's another big event which is Bangladesh Trade Investment Summit 2021 jointly done by the Ministry Of Commerce, The government of Bangladesh and DCCI. I worked there as a designer and data entry clerk. After that They organized an event called Robot Nokshar Ashor. I have to design some posters and banners for this project. I have done a 3d project for a 2d platform. In this 3d project I have to design a low poly environment with modelling, texturing and lighting.Item Graphic Design(Daffodil International University, 22-05-28) Arif, Nasib MohammadAn internship is an opportunity offered by an employee called "interns" to work at an office for a fixed limited period of time. interns are usually undergraduates or students and most internships last for any length of time between 3-6 months. Internships allow students to extend the knowledge and theoretical practices they have learned. Internships may be arranged for students by an educational advisor. This is a great opportunity to develop long-term skills and professionalism. In addition to acquiring specialist skills in a specific area, flexible skills such as the ability to work in a team, communication, and IT skills are also acquired during the internship. During my internship, I have accumulated a lot of experience that helps me to fulfill my potential to be qualified in the world of work. I chose Graphic Design in Binary Elites for my internship. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work with some of the top designers who are highly skilled in the field. I have learned a lot from them. In my internship, I worked on some different projects such as a Brand kits, Flyer, brochure, social media content, web banner, web promo video. I've also done some other jobs that don’t project. All of these jobs gave me real work experience and made me competent in my job. I am a lot assured I will be able to utilize all of those skills in my future skilled life.Item Scripting and Visualization Design of an Awareness Short Film: SHONGBESHON(Daffodil International University, 22-05-28) Talukder, Mehan UddinDrug addiction is a disease. It affects a person’s brain or behavior. A drug addict person is preoccupied with thoughts of drugs. They always thinking about to buy drugs and take drugs. When anyone discuss against drug, they felt shy or guilty and left that place. They do lot of anti-social and bad works under the influence of drugs and they forget everything when the effect goes away. They even don’t know why they are taking drugs. They always hide themselves from the outside world. Everyone says that drug addiction is a bad habit. They run around a drug addict and look at them with a disgusting eye. But they do not help them to deviate from this path. they Everyone thinks that sending them to the rehab center will help them to come back from this path. But it’s not true. A drug addict can fully come back by his self-realization. His family and friends can play a big role. They should always be friendly with him and to do whatever it takes to keep him away from drugs. So, that’s not the perfect way. In our short film we tried to show about the drugs addict mentality and mind condition. And also shown that how effective is “SELF REALIZATION”.Item Research and Development for a 2D Game: CATMOSIS-Survival from Viruses and Plagues(Daffodil International University, 22-09-24) Antor, Abrar MahirGame development and design is the process of creating an environment inside software that has the ability to create a virtual placeholder to run the virtual environment. In this virtual environment creating any kind of element that will entertain a person is a way of game development. But even if it does sound easier but creating that environment, one must have the knowledge of designing that environment from scratch and programming it with programing language. My passion for game development grew when I used to learn how to design the environment for animations, but this passion fully bloomed when my respected teacher MD Salah Uddin started teaching us the software called Unity that is used for game development worldwide. The final result of my work is an aesthetic 2 dimensional game with various perceptiveness and critical programming logic solved by visual scripting. This also came with its own challenges as it has to be good in appearance, and also had to maintain a good storyline. Every detail has to be made by me and my teammate Durjoy Paul. Unity has been used to develop this game, but there were also other applications and software such as Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Illustrator, and FL studios used to prepare the designs and audio.Item Recreate Bangladesh Railway "E Ticket Service" System(Daffodil International University, 22-10-01) Durlov, Kallayan Broto RoyBangladesh railway provided ‘e – ticket service’ through third party system and third party service provider does not follow the standard service requirement. Railway ‘e – ticket service’ need to be improved in ui ux both side and some other usability service need to be include in the railway service system. So, here recreates the service system for mobile and add usability service with proper Ui Ux research may bring to the attention of the appropriate authorities. Recreating railway “E ticket service” system can provide better user friendly eco system. In railway e - ticket service system every service has to be proper motive and clarification. The purpose of the project is give user proper freedom to operate service on own, can flexible or reschedule train journey, cancel ticket through online system. If cancelation comes under refund policy, user can refund through online or also can get refund outside but user need to take refund slip from online. Current railway ‘e ticket service’ user interface ui design bit noise user gets distract easily or could not find any train or service details, lack of information loose attention of the new users. Rescheduling ticket, ticket cancel process and refund process are missing in online system. Those are still work on manually that hart user satisfaction. Missing proper terms & condition guideline and lack of insufficient refund policy rules & regulation. These problem shows that current system doesn’t follow proper user research and users actual need from the system. Railway service need to attract peoples of different classes or professions and for engaging more user in system need to focus on user friendly experience that can provide enough freedom to the user to operate the system and reschedule travel date, cancel ticket and get refund properly. If user’s ticket cancelation process response does not violate railway terms & condition and refund policy’s proper instruction. Using cross-sectional research and ux ui design an analyzing traditional step by step method was used. Minimalistic user interface and well explained can operated easily. User experience research done perfectly, user does not need to help any from third partyItem Building an UI/UX for Utility Services Mobile Application(Daffodil International University, 22-10-01) Hossain, MD SohagElectricity, Gas, Water, Fire station services are the most common need in any country like ours. Any society’s people need and face difficulties many times on their livings. Most of don’t know where is the service centers to go for the help or they don’t have the perfect information’s to seek for help. There are several apps on the stores and websites for giving the necessary supports to the mass public on the country. But we cannot find all together on one same platform. Mostly those are online based apps and websites. Moreover, when we need a support then we cannot make our self-hurry for data or net connection, we just need that particular support. So, it gets easier for us if we can make it offline. By installing this app it will deliver all the data that we need. So, I came up with an idea that assures the supports to all kind of people by only one segment. I will make an App that keeps all data related these (Electricity, Gas, Water, Fire station) difficulties. Where people will find all kind of information’s from one platform. No matter what ever the location is, this application will track the location wherever he or she is. These app will be fully offline based, that means if someone install this application, he won’t going to need internet connection after, they can use it afterwhile without any internet or data connection. I decided to make a prototype of this application by Figma/Adobe XD software. The name of this project (Nagorik E-sheba) is on under development. I have choose the name which goes with these services and user can relate easily. For instance, I am thinking about a name like: Nagorik E-sheba/ E help. Keywords – Human help, Utilities, Offline app, Basic information’s, User centered Design.Item RealTime Architectural Visualization (3d Modelling, Unwrapping & Texturing)(Daffodil International University, 22-10-01) Ahmed, Tanjim TararWe have come a long way from living in caves to todays designed modern buildings. But the principles of visualization of architecture is still the same. Architectural visualization is a tool which is used to fill the gap between architects, clients and builders. If the communication between the client and architects is not clear and explicit it can be misinterpreted by the builders. Architects used to spend their valuable time creating presentations for the clients. But thanks to modern technology that process is done by 3d artists. Real state assets are not only something we buy or invest randomly. We save our hard earned money little by little to buy or create the dream house. By creating a 3d model of that dream house we can let the client see how their house/ asset will look like. This gives the client a sense od satisfaction and builds a trust towards the designers. Through this project clients will be able not only see there asset in three dimensions but also interact with it and change anything about it as the like. Interactive architectural visualization will change the future. With VR hitting the mainstream, designers will have the power of giving the clients a virtual tour of their buildings before even a single building permit is applied for in real life.Item Film Making and Post Production of Development of a Social Awareness Short Film(Daffodil International University, 22-10-01) Sumi, Sadia JamanIn our society, innocent children become antisocial under the influence of family conflict. This has an impact on society. Such a story accompanied by some haunting scenes makes an intriguing film. Every parent shouldn't impose their decision on their child's emotional development. Parents are now considering getting a certificate and earning more money as a child’s achievement instead of being educated but it's not good for children’s development. Every adult is complementary to every other. Every profession is equally significant for our common people. This may further facilitate the mental development of the youngsters in our society and contribute to the creation of wonderful people and responsible parents. In our final year project, we decided to make a short film. Since we are thinking of making a film, we needed a team. So, some who are interested in giving a short film? Soon after, I got some of my teammates who are interested in me. Then we thought of a story called “Odrissho” (Invisible). We made this short film for youth who are pressured under the influence of family conflict. This has an impact on society. This may further hinder the mental development of the youngsters in our society and contribute to the creation of a fragile generation.Item PKADS: Online Ad Management System(23-02) Hasan, MD. This project seeks to create a model that can recognize the letters in Bangladeshi Sign Language (BdSL) using a deep learning approach. This study is a comparison between the recognition of single-handed and dual-handed Bangladeshi Sign Language. Dataset, KU-BdSL is selected to train the single-handed BdSL and we selected dataset - BDSL 49 for dual-handed BdSL. We suggested pre-trained models of CNN based approach for the purpose of detection and classification. 30 different alphabets from single-handed BdSL and 36 different alphabets from dual-handed BdSL could be classified and recognized by our CNN models. Three pre-trained CNN models were employed. VGG16 outperformed the others by a wide margin. It correctly identified single-handed gestures with 98% accuracy. Regarding the ability to recognize dual-handed Bangladeshi Sign Language, VGG16 once again outperformed competitors with an accuracy of 90%.Item Graphic Design in Mindscape Communication(Daffodil International University, 23-02-18) Debnath, ShatabdeeAn internship is an opportunity offered by an employee called "interns" to work at an office for a fixed limited period of time. The ease with which businesses and people may buy goods and services from other countries has given rise to internet-based economic structures and information networks, which constitute the new corporate reality. But owing to a number of problems that prevent ecommerce from thriving, the majority of developing nations are still a long way from experiencing this reality. With regard to the obstacles that might prevent a country from utilizing an e-commerce system and the anticipated advantages obtained by implementing the system, this thesis seeks to explore opportunities in Hargeisa. The study will be guided by a research framework built on the technology organization environment framework and the technology acceptability model. The study's findings showed that the biggest obstacles to Hargeisa's e-commerce industry's adoption of electronic commerce include security risks, a lack of consumer trust, a lack of legal and regulatory framework, a lack of ICT infrastructure, and a lack of market competitiveness. Perceived utility and convenience of use were also noted in the study as factors in the adoption of E-commerce systems. The research makes a number of recommendations for actions that the government and the corporate sector might take to solve the numerous issues raised in the thesis. These actions consist of: the e-commerce industry needs to be supported by investments in ICT infrastructure that are focused on technological innovation competition rather than the traditional bases of retail commerce competition. This requires the establishment of a clear set of legal frameworks for the use of technology in e-commerce.Item Branding for Rongo as a Clothing Brand(Daffodil International University, 23-03-01) Joy, Yeasinur RahmanThe project is for the clothing brand Rongo, whose business approach is a combination of online and offline retail. The project outlines a variety of concepts and designs that will be needed to brand Rongo. I came up with every design and put them all together to finish this job. This project report demonstrates how to create a brand and all of the necessary aspects. Every brand has unique plans for growing the brand. Here, I create a clothing line called Rongo. The procedure for this project has been well detailed. Three separate key categories have been used to characterize this endeavor. Planning and market analysis must appear first. Finally, brand the product in the market through various promotional activities and campaigns after finishing the design and moving on with manufacturing. The choice of customers for ready-made branded clothing is quickly changing as a result of the formation of status and individuality with the quality and comfort they provide. Customers these days are very brand aware. As a result, brand image is an important consideration when deciding which product or brand to purchase. Because of the fierce competition in the fashion industry, marketers have come to understand that building a positive brand image is essential to capturing a greater market share in a certain market segment. A stronger basis for creating a more successful marketing strategy may be provided by having a better grasp of brand image. For the creation of fashion product collections as well as for the positioning of these items in the market, it is crucial to have a thorough grasp of people' needs, behaviors, and purchasing processes. The primary idea (message) underlying the brand (sender) must be understood by the consumer if a fashion product is to meet the needs of the intended consumers (receiver). The key issues are: a) how to develop the brand images through the main idea; b) how does the message, created in the very beginning of the marketing plan get through to the final consumer. This paper presents some approaches on how brands of fashion products can reinforce their fashion image and how the image of fashion products can by itself, become a utility tool in the development and communication of the brand image.Item Multimedia Visualizer in Creative Department of "Star Ceramics Limited"(Daffodil International University, 23-04-01) Perthib, Safat RaheemStar Ceramics Limited a leading producer of world class premium tiles and sanitary ware in Bangladesh.
