dc.description.abstractThis internship report aims to outline a tenure of 3 month long internship at Daraz Bangladesh in the Customer Retention Management (CRM) Department. The project aims to understand the efficacy of localised language vs English in push notifications copies in Bangladesh. Click Through Rates of 100 stratified data were analysed using T Test Analysis. The findings indicate a statistically significant preference for Bangla Content.
