Abstract

This report provides a summary of the experiences and insights gained during my English teaching internship. The purpose of the internship was to develop my teaching skills, teach students new things, and improve students' English learning and speaking skills. Throughout the programmed, I observed classes, observed teaching, conducted lessons, and assessed students’ progress. During the internship, I faced some challenges. I struggled with my English language proficiency level and classroom management, which I addressedthrough adaptive teaching strategies and student participation. This internship significantly improved my communication skills, lesson planning, and classroom management skills. Finally, the report highlights the ways to be an ideal teacher and emphasizes the importance of flexibility, creativity, and student-centered learning, as well as recommendations for future improvements at this school.
