Abstract
Employer Branding of Daraz Bangladesh is an important function of Human
Resources which manages and influences the reputation as an employer among job
seekers, employees and key stakeholders. To attract best talents among the job
seekers and for retaining, the employee’s employer branding plays a vital role in
Daraz Bangladesh. Campus engagement activities like Daraz Xpedite, recruitment
programs, maintaining corporate culture, differentiating the offerings as employer
are some of the activities Human Resources Team undertakes to improve their
employer brand image among the stakeholders in Daraz Bangladesh. Being aware of
the benefits of a good employer brand image HR team of Daraz Bangladesh
consistently working to improve their employer brand Image.
