A Comprehensive Analysis to Remove Rain from Single Images Using Generative Adversarial Network

A Comprehensive Analysis to Remove Rain from Single Images Using Generative Adversarial Network.”, is a research-based project that main goal is to enhance image quality, improving detection performance and more accurate object detection for single image de-raining processes which removing rain-streak and directly generate a pixel-wise image. Deraining is a process by which we can get a transparent image by removing raindrops from a rainy image. In the rainy time visibility of any device (Camera) decreases and vision property is affected by the rain. For this reason, capturing images on rainy days reduces the resolution of the images. Currently the security control system, traffic system need exalted-quality images. Obtaining a clear vision during rainy time is an urgent requirement for a better image. At present deraining is making a very nice contribution to removing raindrops from any image. Follows different kinds of generative adversarial networks in the draining process. The common deraining mechanism are GAN. Recently generative adversarial networks are popular. GAN models like Attentive GAN, cGAN, DHSGAN, Cycle GAN which acts as a bridge for decreasing the rain drops. In this paper, we proposed a GAN based method that will reduce raindrops from images and also provide better object detection. For experimenting, we use benchmark dataset consisting of both synthetic and realistic rainy images. We gained outputs that are appreciated both qualitatively and extensively. The DHSGAN GAN provides the greatest representation within that technique.

Financial Performance Analysis has made it possible to ascertain the current state of the business. The Walton Group's financial performance is analyzed using a variety of ratios, such as common size, trend analysis, operating efficiency ratios, profitability ratios, efficiency or activity ratios, and financial risk/leverage ratios. Walton High-tech is one of the Walton Group's most notable business divisions. They are dedicated to provide comprehensive local services to their customers. The goal of this internship report is to identify problems via analysis and ascertain the best approaches to solving them. Comprehensive techniques are used to examine the financial performance of the Walton Group. Finally, I've included my results, a conclusion, a reference, and some ideas for potential solutions to the issues. Additionally, made an effort to pinpoint a few elements that would enable Walton Group to boost revenue, grow its market share, and establish a stable market. Gave some suggestions that would enable Walton Group to develop a better workfriendly environment and be more productive than it was the year before while also setting itself apart from other rival organizations. A Network Management System using MikroTik

The MikroTik operating system is designed as a network router. This is an operating system and software. In particular, this network device is suitable for small networks in all cases, including client rules and security. These features include firewall and NAT, bandwidth throttling, routing, access points, and more. So it is very useful for our daily life. Linux is simply an operating system. Applications and computers are software on a computer that allows an operator to access devices on a computer and perform the functions it needs. Medium or large organizations need server systems to support complex IT infrastructures. Since servers are a bit expensive, I would try to use an economical server system. This system improves network reliability and network security. Organizations that want to implement this system can easily use this system for greater reliability than other systems. This project was implemented using VMware Workstation 10.0 and CentOS 6. After the implementation of all services, if this system has tested in many stages and functions as a prototype.
“A New Era of Financial Transparency: Combating Corruption Perception with FinTech.”

This report is titled “A New Era of Financial Transparency: Combating Corruption Perception with FinTech” – A Study on FinTech is an outcome of BBA thesis program. The objective of this paper is to investigate how FinTech adoption influences the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) across countries. This paper's goal is to examine the ways in which FinTech adoption affects the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) in various nations. It seeks to determine if digital financial systems promote national reputations, decrease illicit financial activity, and increase transparency. Through cleaner financial conditions, the study also aims to investigate the indirect impact of FinTech on luring foreign direct investment (FDI). Lastly, it assesses the wider institutional advantages of FinTech adoption, highlighting how it promotes long-term financial security and accountability. This study investigates how FinTech transforms financial systems, improves openness, and reduces corruption. FinTech adoption boosts CPI, institutional legitimacy, and FDI by using digital financial tools. FinTech can enhance accountability and prevent illegal activity, but misuse can damage public trust and national reputations. FinTech adoption and corruption perceptions are examined using a two-step system GMM model on a panel dataset of 52 nations from 2017–2023. FinTech adoption is positively correlated with CPI scores, indicating reduced corruption and improved transparency. The findings also show that cleaner financial environments boost investor confidence and FDI. Robustness tests confirm these results across specifications. The report emphasises that these outcomes are indications of institutional transition, not ends. FinTech adoption heralds a new era of transparency and accountability by improving financial clarity, regulation, and worldwide confidence. When used appropriately, FinTech enhances efficiency and redefines global anti-corruption efforts, setting the groundwork for sustainable growth, better reputations, and long-term financial security.

This field study aimed to investigate The Relational between Training and Perforce the of Ministry of Fishery at Somaliland. There are a lot of problems some employees has no skills so they need training others their performance is poor and if they get training it will be better performance , In modern working environment, every employee has a feeling that training is a positive means of improving their work performance. Ministry of fishery offers different types of training to different categories to the employees. However a lot of emphasis has been put on the employees. More training workshop was organized, but it seemed to have ended in the companies. No follow up has been made to assess the impact of relational between training and performance of employees of ministry. In order to determine whether training objectives have been realized on needs to analyze the relationships between training and performance, the researcher wishes to assess the relational on a training and performance employee of ministry in Hargeisa Somaliland.
A Report on General Banking of Al Arafa Islami Bank Bangladesh

Bank provides means and mechanisms of transferring commend over resources those who have an excess of income over expenditure to those who can make use of the same for adding to the volume of productive capital. The bank provides them with the safety, liquidity and profitability of savings. Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited is scheduled commercial bank registered by the Bangladesh Bank. The functions of the bank cover a wide range of banking and functional activities to individuals, firms, corporate bodies and other multinational agencies. The main objective of the study is to give an overview of AIBL and identify the strength, weakness and critical risk factor of this bank. Data collected for the study in two different modes namely primary and secondary. Face to face conversation with the respective officer of the branch was the main mode to collect primary data and for secondary data various publications and related body are observed. The main limitation of the study was short time limit and authenticated data insufficiency. Officer of the bank are capable. Even though many of them simply know the working procedure of what they are doing but don't know the philosophy behind doing those. The synergy of dedicated manpower, technology, and market opportunity can lead the organization to achieve the goal; a bank must establish and hold fast to adequate policies, practices and procedures for evaluating the quality of asset and the adequacy of loan provision.
A Sentiment Analysis in the Field of Bengali Text: A Machine Learning Approach

Now a-days, online marketing and e-commerce businesses in Bangladesh were thriving. Because it is the most secure way, online shopping has replaced traditional methods of buying after the COVID-19 epidemic. It reduces the amount of time required for businesses to launch their websites. More options for purchasing goods and services online are convenient and help consumers, but it also raises questions about reliability and safety. This makes it easy for unsuspecting new customers to fall victim to fraud while making purchases online. Our goal is to develop software that uses NLP to analyze customer reviews of online shops and provides a percentage breakdown of positive to negative feedback provided in Bangla (NLP). For the research, we compiled over 2003 user reviews and feedback items. We employed KNN, MULTI, RF, SGD, and SVC, as well as sentiment analysis as classification strategies. SVC achieved 85.7% accuracy, which was higher than any other approach.

A Study of Basic Networking & Mikrotik Router Configuration

MikroTik is a very low cost and easy access Router that can be used for small and big network management. Especially this networking device suits for small network from every aspect like client management and security. MikroTik RouterOS is the operating system of MikroTik RouterBoard which may also install in a standard PC and the PC will turns into a MikroTik Router. The aim of this project is to create virtually a MikroTik Router to manage a small network. For this we studied on different MikroTik RouterOS features- routing (both IPv4 & IPv6), firewall, IP and bandwidth management, wireless access point, bridge, hotspot gateway, VLAN, NAT, Pool, DHCP and more. But we did not have to apply all of those features to manage our considerable network. We do some basic configuration like Interfaces, Routes, DNS, Bridge, DHCP Server, PPPoE Server and Hotspot Server. Finally, to manage and provide security in our network we use some special features of MikroTik RouterOS like NAT, Filter Rules and Queue Management etc.

Basically, I have worked with the HR & Admin. At first, I concern the report diagram- why will I make the report, objective, scope & methodology of - how do I collect essential and auxiliary information to create the ponder. In addition, it incorporates an organizational outline; that's company profile, mission, vision & objective of the company, company structure, administration group, representatives of the company, benefit, and generation of the company, etc. I too envelop hypothetical investigation on HRM, Definition of HRM, work & aspects of HRM, require of these viewpoints in a professional body, etc. At last, the study has been proposed discoveries, proposals, and a conclusion. Here I basically attempted to provide a few recommendations to the administration of Meek knit garments LTD. These proposals are the result of the Study. All the recommendations are made concurring my perception I think this will offer assistance to the specialist to emphasize barely on modern HRM frameworks to smoothly run the organization successfully of its mission.

In that time my duty was shifting between technical and system divisions. I am learn Mikrotik router configuration and all Fiber link and client end physical and logical support to study and observe the working procedure of networking. A study on Customer Satisfaction of Praava Health Care

Nowadays Covid 19 is a curse all over the world it brings to a close all over the world activates. To test covid 19 Bangladesh government take some strict step peoples to stay in their home to save not only his life but also others. To prevent covid 19 government issues some private health care to test the virus and Praava is the first private health care that has been getting approved. The study is based on customer perception, employee perception, and my personal experience as well. Over 1800 people systematic sample is 30. Take their opinion over questionnaires and personal interviews. The findings of this paper are remarkable, the highest number of people who like their services have experienced more than their expectations. Their customer satisfaction strategy is also significant and it changes the overview of health care services. They are providing quality services at an affordable price. Customer satisfaction is a physiological term because every person has their point of view to judge. The services Praava offers during testing Covid 19 are significant. The result of this study indicates Praava Health care has more probability to provide quality services while testing and collecting a sample of Covid 19. They have enough scope and opportunity to do so.
A Study on Distribution System and Equipment of Narayanganj Palli Bidyut Samity-1, 33/11 KV Sub-station

Narayanganj Palli Bidyut Samity-1 service area consists of Rupgonj (Tarabo Pourshova), Bandar and Sonargaon Thana. The objective of the PBS is to provide electric power and energy to each village positioned within its geographical service area for irrigation pumping, food processing, cottage industries and other small or big industries, commercial centers, health and social services and family homes. This objective is to be accomplished through the Area Coverage Rural Electrification (ACRE) concept by constructing, operating and maintaining lines up to 33 kv, extending lines from existing distribution system. Each potential customer within the PBS service area may become a member of the PBS, the membership being achieved by application and payment of minimal subscription fee. Providing electric power and energy to its user members at the lowest cost possible consistent with sound economy and good management is a prime requirement of the PBS.
A Study on Food & Beverage Service of Radisson Blu Hotel Kuwait

The current study aims are to get acquainted with the Food & Beverages Service and orientation of application of the theoretical learning acquired from conceptual concentration in the undergraduate program. The major objective of this study are to determine how the Food & Beverage is managing and controlling all over the world and identify the pattern of revenue source of element. To generate the revenue what sorts of activates are done in banquet is the main focus point of this dissertation. To this aim, I have collected the data and information, collected through primary and secondary sources. My dissertation is to focus how the F&B is managing and controlling in order to generate revenue. I have collected the primary information through face to face conversation and interview with officials of Radisson Blu Hotel Kuwait. Secondary data are collected basically from observation and collection from journals, paper, internets, books and other from publication. From the collected data and information. I execute the trends of the managing and controlling of a Food & Beverage service operations.

It does not only provide job to women but also remove poverty, discrimination, etc. Because of cheap labor, sweet able places, port FDI is increasing day by day. They import raw materials from abroad and turn raw materials into finished Goods then export to another country.
