Item Innovative High-Gain Array Antenna Design for Compact 28 GHz Millimeter-Wave Communication in 5G Applications(Daffodil International University, 2025-09-11) Patoyari, Md. Imran; Hasan, Md. BelalAs there has been an explosive increase in wireless data traffic, mm-wave communication has become one of the most attractive techniques in the 5G mobilecommunications systems. In the landscape of 5G millimeter-wave communication, the demand for high-speed data transmission is paramount. In this study, we aim to design and optimize a novel array antenna at 28 GHz, which is an important frequency band for 5G mm-wave applications. In the case of higher frequencies, such array design provides a robust communication link given the enhanced bandwidth and gain. In the quest for the upcoming 5G millimeter-wave communications with stringent antenna gain and beamforming agility requirements, this paper shall present design and measurement of a reduced-size and scalable phased array antenna for the 28-GHz access network. Numerical results on the performance of our antenna are thoroughly studied in this paper, whereas, the significant contributions toward the 5G mm-wave communication are addressed as well. Maximum gain is 9.2 dB, efficiency is 99.5% and the useful bandwidth is 3.5 GHz in the range of interest and is performance is well suited and makes the proposed antenna suitable for next-generation 5G millimeter- wave deployments. Moreover, the challenges that mm-Wave applications meet are evaluated and some innovative mechanisms are also proposed to enhance throughput. We also delve into the antenna's impact on the environment and human body exposure, highlighting broader implications. Lastly, the superior performance specifications of our proposed antenna demonstrate that it still presents a significant enabler of future 5G millimeter wave communication networks, enabling further connectivity and perhaps even fast wireless communication.Item Web Based Online Old Book System(Daffodil International University, 2024-07-24) Hasan, Md. Mahmudul; Ur Rahman, NasifPlants, in all their diversity, represent a valuable contribution from the environment. When illness strikes, whether physical or mental, medicine becomes our primary recourse. Many pharmaceuticals are derived from natural plants, which serve as vital sources of medicinal compounds. In Bangladesh, these medicinal plants are also known by the names Homeopathy, Unani, and Ayurveda. Experts suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic can be effectively addressed with the aid of medicinal plants. Strengthening our immune system is paramount, as it directly influences overall health. A robust immune system can combat bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. Conversely, inactive individuals are more susceptible to viral infections and diseases. Certain medicinal plants have been shown to enhance immunity. Therefore, accurately classifying these plants is crucial. We proposed using four well-known algorithms—DenseNet201, VGG19, and ResNet152—to classify medicinal plants based on leaf images. Our approach achieved accuracies of 96.08% with DenseNet201, 97% with VGG19, 98% with ResNet152, and an impressive 99.12% with a hybrid model combining VGG19 and ResNet50. These results highlight the potential of advanced deep learning techniques in enhancing the identification and utilization of medicinal plants. Our research will help people understand their immune systems better and the medicinal plants that can boost immunity, thereby enabling them to combat diseases and viruses more effectively in the future. As we look ahead, it is important to acknowledge that dangerous infectious viruses may continue to emerge. Our study not only contributes to the field of medicinal plant classification but also underscores the importance of integrating traditional medicinal knowledge with modern technological advancements to improve public health outcomes.Item A Systematic Review on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) & It’s Management(Daffodil International University, 2024-11-05) Hasan, Md. MahmudulIrritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder that affects the digestive system that affects many people. Gastric pains, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation are common symptoms of this condition. These tend to come and go throughout time, and they might endure for a few days, a few weeks, or even a few months. It's generally an issue that lasts a lifetime. My aim of this study is, to find out the main reason and possible treatment of IBS. The study is conducted with literature review. I reviewed around 51 articles for this study. In this review, I was found Approximately 35% of cases of IBS were caused by viral infections, mostly norovirus and rotavirus; bacterial infections were around 65% with Campylobacter spp and Salmonella spp. Education, reassurance, stress management, and relaxation methods should all be included in the initial therapy of irritable bowel syndrome. Depending on the nature and degree of symptoms, further treatments may be necessary. Additional fluids, guar gum, exercise, and fiber may be beneficial for those with moderate constipation-predominant IBS who have minor symptoms.Item Vegetable Diseases Detection Using Machine Learning(Daffodil International University, 2022-01-04) Bhuiya, Sumon; Hasan, Md. This happens due to incapability in peaking up the right illness of plants, making farmers huge loss. As a result, farmers are turning their back from planting vegetables. To solve this calamity, from our by heart efforts we are presenting vegetable diseases detection using machine learning algorithm. This machine can ease difficulties of detecting incurable vegetables with its features. Modern medical terms cannot upgrade its facilities in no alternate means of using machine learning algorithm. Through this algorithmic way we can easily detect the diseases. Medical procedure is a long process to know health report. In the meantime, losing a lot of time does make customer dissatisfied. To save time and for customer's satisfaction this machine learning algorithm demand is at its rise. Our main focus in this research was to detect diseases of vegetations easily. Our country is in lot of demand of vegetables. For any reason there comes any failure to detect diseases, all harvest will go rotten. Late detection of this diseases will not lead to any solution. The initiative of this research was taken to detect diseases fast. SabbirWhen a traveler wants to visit a place, the traveler looks for information about the place like- how to go, what are the popular spots to visit there, what are the best rated hotels to stay, what could be the estimated budget to travel there, what problems did the other travelers faced after going there etc. but we have seen that, travelers often have a complain that they cannot obtain all of these necessary information. This smart travel guide application seeks to solve these kind of problems faced by the traveler before and after going on a place. By using latest information about a place and any other guidance-related details requested by the traveler. The traveler can explore tourist destinations in a better way. The application includes features like- places of Bangladesh, Booking services, Budget tour, Nearby restaurants, ATM’s and more. The traveler can book a hotel to stay and also rent a vehicle (Car, bike, bicycle) at the tour place. With this application the traveler can get information about hotels, vehicle rent providers, tour events, emergency services and information about problems faced by others travelers, so that travelers can take precautions before going anywhere. The whole Internet will be used to run the system. Scripts are developed in PHP, Java Script, query, as well as HTML as well as HTML and CSS. From any location with internet access, users will be able to log in to the system. connection. These individuals will thereafter be able to do different duties that have been assigned to them. Users can be divided into three groups: i.e. (Management, Patient and Doctor). The Every user who may profit from our service is our major priority. It can only be converted for doctors into a paid system. Where doctors are able to pay for more cloud storage. The number of patients also varies from physician to doctor, and different kinds of patients might be present. There are different patients a doctor may have. We may expect that physicians are going to need various cloud storage. For each physician we may assign a fixed cloud storage. You can request additional storage on request and they are charged for their request. We can produce different packages and attribute different costs. The patients are provided with some room to retain their data. Since the patient just need storage for himself he can use it as a free user. But nowadays many clients are facing more and more demanding and competitive market where taking decisions are completely tough. For that purpose, available decision making methods are studied which may aid the decision makers to set the priorities and help them to make the best decision. The decision-making process involves a choice from a number of alternatives. This process is usually a complex process, which involves resources and time consumption. In this paper, we have considered five important attributes among three different companies as alternatives which is regarded as a multi criteria decision making problem for selecting an Event Management Company. In this study, a decision support framework is proposed for the selection of Event Management Company and ranking them using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Generic Feature Extraction Method. This paper provides all the detailed information about the decision making process to aid the decision makers. Here all the relative importance of alternatives has been calculated by using AHP. Atiqur; Hasan, Md. MahmudulMany times people of a city corporation need to tell about their area’s problems to citycorporation for solving their problems they face in their daily life. But it is quite difficult to go to city corporation every time they face problem. And it also be time-consuming for those people who has their own occupations and they cannot get enough time to tell their problem to city-corporation by going there. As a result, many times they do not inform to City Corporation about their problems. And they think it’s time-consuming for them. So they do not care about their problems, and they lead their daily life with their problems. Besides city-corporation authority cannot know about that area problems. And for this city corporation cannot take action on that problems. For solving this problem, we developed a web application named Smart Dhaka City. And this web application project msolves this problem by create communication between ‘city corporation’ and ‘people’. So they can communicate with each other very easily from home or office. And do not need to waste their time by going to city-corporation. They can easily tell their problems to city-corporation authority and get response from them.
