Item An Insight Survey of Anti-ulcer Drugs Prescribing Trends and Market Analysis in Bangladesh(Daffodil International University, 18-06-07) Siddique, Md. YeasinGastrointestinal disorder is very common in our country, if we make a survey with prescriptions we can see a huge portion of total prescriptions contain one or several anti-ulcer drugs. However it is not always prescribed for GI disorder but also in the protective purposes. Data on such an important and so used drug group should be useful in many purposes. From that sense this project was chosen and conducted, by the grace of Allah it was completed without any complications. The goal of this study is to determine which generic names are preferred by doctors in Dhaka City and Bangladesh while prescribing anti-ulcer medications. The doctors and patients of Dhaka City were personally interviewed for a questionnaire-based field study, and the results were noted and prescriptions were gathered. The questionnaire asked about factors like the age range of patients who received anti-ulcer medicine prescriptions, the cause of the preference, and the preference for pediatric, geriatric, and pregnant patients. Esomeprazole was the preferred drug overall (32.3% of all prescriptions), but for pregnant women, pantoprazole was chosen (40.3%). The poll received a fair response rate. The survey discovered that most doctors do not favor anti-ulcer medications for pediatric patients or geriatric patients in particular. The most important criteria to consider while selecting a particular anti-ulcer medicine were efficacy and safety. Anti-ulcer medications were most frequently recommended to patients between the ages of 30 and 50.Item Prescription Survey on Respiratory Tract Infection Disease Treatment by Different Antibiotics.(Daffodil International University, 19-09-12) Rahman, Md. HabiburRespiratory disease is the leading cause of death. Importantly, it remains the foremost cause of preventable death globally. The rise in respiratory diseases in Bangladesh is due to increasing air pollution.In Bangladesh, respiratory tract infection like pneumonia is responsible for the deaths of children under five years of age. Others are like bronchitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis and also in common cold cases antibiotics are more frequently prescribed for respiratory tract infectious diseases. The main objective of this survey was to analyze the prescribed group & generic of antibiotics that are use for respiratory tract infection diseases in Bangladesh.This study carried out at the outdoor of Shaheed Ahsan Ullah Master General Hospital, Tongi, Gazipur from June, 2019 to August, 2019 and finally 200 prescriptions (135 were male, 30 were female & 35 children‟s) selected from 235 that were completely respiratory tract disease drugs content which were prescribed by specialist and general physician. Statistical analysis reveals that Cephalosporin ( Cefixime Trihydrate 34 %, Cefpodoxime + Clavulanic Acid 6.5 %, Cefuroxim Axetil 3 %, Cefuroxim Axetil + Clavulanic Acid 18.5 % ) antibiotic are prescribed mostly than other class of drugs. Changes in patterns of respiratory tract disease management and drug use are changing day by day. Azithromycin 22 %, clarithromycin 5.5 %, levofloxacin 8 %, moxifloxacin 2.5 % drugs are also prescribed prominently. Further research and awareness program should be done in this area to decrease risk factors for respiratory tract disease. The study urges the physician to be more professional and careful when antibiotic is prescribed for the outpatients.Item The Art of Detect Security Misconfiguration Vulnerabilities by Backdoor(Daffodil International University, 22-01-18) Islam, RisulMisconfiguration-related failures are becoming a serious issue as web applications get more complex and configurable. One of the main security risks in online applications is the misconfiguration of settings linked to security, which frequently leaves the backdoor exposed for attackers to take advantage of flaws and conduct catastrophic assaults. We've also seen that default security settings for most server package environments, where web applications are delivered, are frequently loose to provide developers and deplorers flexibility and as a result are not convincingly secure when the environment is intended for genuine production. The functional, security, and financial consequences of these failures are typically negative. Such issues also need reasoning across the software stack and operating system, making diagnosis and remediation difficult and expensive. We outline a system and approach for automatically identifying software misconfigurations via backdoors. Our analysis revealed that the framework is capable of auditing current security configuration settings and alerting users to modify the server environment in order to achieve the level of security configuration safety compared to recommended configuration for actual web application deployment. Its development is accompanied by dangers and weaknesses that might be exploited to launch attacks with various levels of complexity and repercussions. And configures all communication system or networking type.Item Design and Development of a Mobile Application: Blood Analysis(Daffodil International University, 22-05-01) Islam, AsifThe rapid growth of smart phone technology with sensors has enabled physiological measurements, which can simplify self assessments, medical diagnosis and environmental monitoring etc. Smart phone today offers significant advantages over traditional platforms in terms of test speed, control, low cost, ease-of-operation, and data management, and requires minimal equipment and user involvement. This study investigates the feasibility of extracting heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiration rate, blood pressure using a cell phone camera in a non invasive way, without the need of external sensors which is independent of ambient lighting condition. The method works by placing people finger over the smart phone camera and computing the quantity of light absorbed by the finger tissue. The smart phone thus acquires the Photoplethysmographic (PPG) signal. From heart pulse, oxygen saturation, respiration rate, blood pressure are estimated by using a peak detection algorithm in order to find the local maxima of the PPG signal and computing the time difference between peaks. I have compared the accuracy of heart pulse, oxygen saturation, respiration rate, blood pressure estimated by our method with a camera sensor over three different controlled experimental conditions. The fast fourier transform (FFT) plots showed a clear frequency. This is a mobile application is being developed in order to measure and computed heart rate, blood pressure, all vital signs, respiration rate and oxygen saturation by doing image processing of blood cells.Item A Survey on Coronary Artery Disease Treatment in Bangladesh(Daffodil International University, 22-05-08) Shoron, Al RezowanCoronary heart disease occurs when an accumulation of fatty substances in the coronary arteries obstructs or interrupts the blood flow to the heart. The arterial walls may eventually accumulate fatty deposits. The purpose of this research was to examine the treatment options for coronary artery disease in Bangladesh. The research was conducted through a survey of prescriptions. This investigation compiled a database of 190 coronary artery disease patients. Antiplatelet pharmaceuticals (60%), anticoagulants (20%), vasodilators (10%), and a combination of all three classes (10%) are the classes of drugs used to treat coronary artery disease (CAD) in Bangladesh, according to this study. Bangladesh has the highest incidence of CVD risk factors among South Asian countries. In Bangladesh, 99.6% of men and 97.9% of women are exposed to one or more known cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors.Item An Web-Based Student-Teacher Learning Content Management System(Daffodil International University, 22-05-14) Emon, Iftekhar Hossen; Anik, Md. Nazmul Hasan; Rahman, Mst. AnannaAn web-based student-teacher learning content management system has been designed, developed and implemented for preparing an online content management system. It is tailored specifically for universities. The online application allows you to save the specifics of a certain university's instructor information. It may be accessible via local or cloud servers over the internet. Such that authorized individuals or students can access those facts from anywhere on the planet for private usage, a separate admin section will be provided. It contains all of the teacher's information, such as their name, designation, phone number, and other teacher-related information. It also has the future of admin roles where admin can edit, update, and delete these details and teachers can make her/his Class, quiz, add a downloadable file, create an assignment, add students, and chat when necessary. We utilized HTML, CSS, javascript, xampp, and MySQL as a database to create this project. Administrators of the project can alter any data to update the relevant information. To summarize, the project focuses on the complete administration of student-teacher content management.Item Story development, screenplay writing and Direction for VFX Short Film: FUTURIANS(Daffodil International University, 22-05-28) Tushar, Md. Zahirul IslamA superhero short film based on visual effects is really hard to make with a small team. The VFX market around the world is huge and it’s growing day by day. In 2017 Bangladesh has earned $800 million from multimedia technology sector. Bangladesh along with the world is moving into a digitalized world. Given the digital sector is huge and will play a big part in the 4th industrial revolution our govt is investing a lot. The growth of digitalization is astonishing. With this rapid growth our future will be based on digital media. New technologies like virtual reality and augmented reality that future is pretty near. Our final project is a VFX short film. The VFX industry is huge and there are many areas to explore. We selected the short film route by seeing the massive success of Marvel and DC movies. A short film based on superpower and visual effects is pretty common now a days but very hard to full off right. To make a good film which the audience will like first we have to understand what the audience want. Reading the audience mind is very important. So, we did our research and found what the audience like. To make a short film memorable we have to have a name which suits out short film perfectly. This name will bear the identity of our short film. As our film is based on future and revolve around superpowers, we selected the name of “FUTURIANS”. The short film revolves around a gangster’s son who is oppressed by his father. Once he reaches his limits he starts fighting with his father and kills him and get all his wealth. After getting everything from his father he wanted to gain even more. He wanted to rule the world so he wanted superpowers. This leads to him reaching to a scientist who can help him make a serum to make superhuman. The scientist creates the serum but there were casualties. After realizing the danger of the Serum, he ran away but Shawon gets the serum and gains power. After gaining power he starts to destroy everything to show dominance. Other experiments who gained power goes to stop him.Item Design and Implementation of Portable IPS(Daffodil International University, 22-05-30) Shovon, Abdullah Al; Karmaker, Chandan KumarAn Interrupted power supply (IPS) provides backup power when our regular power source fails or voltage drops to an unacceptable level. We need an IPS & power bank in the absence of electricity. At present, it is difficult for us to run without the benefit of electricity because everywhere, every moment we need electricity. Therefore, if there is a sudden interruption in the supply of electricity at the time of our need or if there is no electricity nearby in case of emergency, we run into various problems. It is not possible to carry a conventional power bank or IPS with us, no matter where we are or travelling anywhere. This portable IPS will work alone to solve these problems. The battery size is quite large in a conventional IPS. But there is a major change in today’s technology and we have also revolutionized this type of IPS by making it small and compact size to carry it anywhere as required. This Portable IPS is user-friendly, mini size to carry & safe to use in our daily requires. Suppose we need to charge our mobile also laptop, Wi-Fi router, or any electronic devices when there are no electricity facilities available. This portable IPS can meet our needs. We can use this to power up 100watt bulbs easily. Though there are many alternatives to passwords for access control, a password is the more compellingly authenticating the identity in many applications. They provide a simple, direct means of protecting a system and they represent the identity of an individual for a system. So, life these days have become largely dependent on password for many purposes. Logging in to computer accounts, retrieving email from the server, transferring funds, online shopping, accessing programs, databases, networks, websites, and even reading the morning newspaper online. The problem of selecting and using good passwords is becoming more important every day. In this work password strength prediction is modeled as a classification task and supervised machine learning techniques were employed. Widely used supervised machine learning techniques namely Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine, and Gradient Boosting Algorithms were used for learning the model. The proposed model was applied to two different datasets and states that this model is stable in terms of accuracy. The results of the models were also compared with the existing password strength checking tools. The findings show that the machine learning approach has substantial capability to classify the extreme cases – Strong, Medium, and Weak passwords. ©Item Deep Learning Towards Multi-Classification of Tumors in Brain(Daffodil International University, 22-08-01) Osman, Labeed JafarBrain tumors are recognized as one of the most deadly malformations because of its persistent effects on the brain and consequent impact on the patient's overall wellbeing. Early detection of the brain tumors is prerequisite in order to take proper treatment in due time to safeguard the valuable life of a patient. Classification and segmentation are essential for examining tumors and preferring treatments based on the types and the shape and the size of the brain tumors. Magnetic resonance Imaging (MRI) is used because of its superior quality from which the shape, size, structure, types and soft tissues of brain tumors can be easily determined. In recent times, deep learning models for recognizing brain tumors have earned a considerable interest. As a result, the CNN architecture has received the greatest deployment out of all of these deep learning models due to its extensive capabilities and adaptability. In our work, we utilized the pretrained VGG19 architecture for the classification of tumors in brain. The Unet architecture which is based on CNN is considered to be specially created for segmenting medical images.For determining the structure, shape and size of the brain tumor. Two distinct datasets have been employed for classification and segmentation tasks during the training and testing of both models. The segmentation dataset contains MRI pictures with LGG(low grade glioma), whereas the classification dataset contains four categories of brain MRI images including meningioma, glioma, no tumor and pituitary tumor. Several initiatives, mainly for highly resourced languages like English, have been proposed to leverage this data for social and antisocial behavior analysis, document categorization, and sentiment analysis by predicting scenarios.But when it comes to sub-sided languages such as the Bengali, Hindi, Urdu and many others, the researchers in the outgrowing field of Natural Language Processing suffers from a great amount of deal because of the lack of basic components and materials. In the case of our experiments, we have used a dataset of news data consisting of a total of 19137. The CNN-BiLSTM deep learning approach was used in the case of categorizing different classes. While working with foreign exchange division in Padma Bank Limited. I have tried to find out some problems with Padma Bank Limited and also I have tried to give some recommendations against problems of foreign exchange division in Padma Bank Limited. Six chapters include conclusions about the report. There are a number of nationalized, private and foreign, banks operating their activities in Bangladesh. Padma bank is one of the leading banks. Padma bank ltd has introduced a new dimension in the field of innovation and benevolent banking in our country. Its profit is gradually increasing. The project's goal is to create an embedded system that can control every electric machines with the help of internet. Furthermore, this embedded system project can detect flammable gas and ring the cautionary alarm in the selected place. So, by this device, safety can be assured at home or in any place. The automation system can save the waste of electricity with its sensor system, as well as assure the safety of the place from fire-accidents caused by gas. On the other hand, android based applications are becoming popular at this time. From the literature review we get to know that these apps are two types. Most of the apps are web based and very few are android based. As most of the people are comfortable with android and they have knowledge about it. So we are trying to develop an android based application for renting a house. From the perspective of our country renting a house is a big challenge for bachelors. Renting a house is like a hassle for them. To help each other in the midst of hardship, we wish to make an organization of individuals. Time can be saved in light of the fact that the client will not need to ask physically for the course to the ideal area. When somebody needs to find a motel or other room rental, he/she will contact the lodging's chief through phone and go to the spot straightforwardly. This action requires some investment and exertion. To make it simpler, an android application is created to enhance the interaction. Talk components and pop-up messages are significant elements of the application to empower clients to get extra and exceptional data from the board. Be that as it may, until this day, there is no portable application for room/house rental which consolidates work in visiting and the pop-up message highlights. The reason for this study is to foster a portable application integrating talk and message pop-up elements to give data about lodgings and assess it. Highlights created in this application are login, view boarding rooms list, view detail, survey, view guide, talk, and broadcast data. It changes abruptly during the morning and evening time. The passengers are always looking to get the tickets at the lowest price, on the other hand the sellers (Airlines) are trying to earn a huge revenue. We can see that the prices change within a short time because of some factors for which the prices are affected. There are some factors like purchasing time, fuel price, flight distance etc. The prices of the airfare depends on these factors. The passengers are not allowed to access the previous data of the flight prices to predict the best price for them but the airlines have all the information about that. In this research, we tried to find out a best model for predicting the airfare by which the passenger can get the best predicted price to travel. We have used the Random Forest regression algorithm, Decision Tree algorithm and Linear Regression Algorithm to predict the price of airline tickets. For applying the ML algorithms, we have extracted the best features from the collected data and after finishing all of the tasks we got the prediction accuracy 90.47% in Random Forest Regression, 79.20% in Decision Tree and 72.77% in Linear Regression. After all, we got the best model which is Random forest Regression Algorithm to predict the airfare price. By using this system, the customers will get a better prediction that can help them buy tickets at a lower price.
