    Financial Performance Analysis of PRAN-RFL Group

    This report presents a comprehensive financial performance analysis of PRAN-RFL Group, a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh, specializing in food, beverage, and plastic manufacturing. Established in 1981, PRAN-RFL has emerged as one of the most profitable and innovative companies in the country, playing a significant role in the development of the agricultural sector and rural areas. The report begins with an overview of PRAN-RFL Group, its product offerings, organizational structure, and job responsibilities in the Human Resource Management team during an internship. The analysis focuses on five years of financial data from 2016 to 2020, providing insights into the company's financial performance, fundamental ratios, and market ratios. Positive and negative factors influencing the company's performance are highlighted, followed by recommendations for improvement in key areas. This report serves as a reflection on the learning experience, which includes handling work under pressure and recognizing the importance of strategic decision-making for the long-term success of the company.

    This analysis has most significant results for all support and organizations industry and especially for textiles industry as Esses Fashions Ltd. was related with this study. Discoveries of this study uncover that the significance of "Human Resource Management Practices" will keep on becoming so as to embrace the business needs and condition. Principle motivation behind this study was to examine the future patterns of Human Resource Management in administration situated organizations so as to give a framework about the fate of Human Resource Management essentially in administration industry. This analysis is proposed to fill in as a rule for the administration situated banks for their future development by utilizing Human Resource Management methodologies. The investigation consists of the service and salesoriented organization “Human Resource Management Practices (EFL)". Information was gathered by eight respondents which were from Management of EFL. The findings of the examination explained a portion of the idea of Human Resource Management in administration and item arranged organization; patterns, which constrain Human Resource Management to adjust in prospect; ultimate fate of Human Resource Management work in which it will be increasingly similar to a key colleague.

    The impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on HR development

    Information and communication technology (ICT) has penetrated all the areas of our lives and work and has become their integral part. The success of modern organizations, regardless of their size and activity, is increasingly becoming molded by ICT. Thereby, numerous researches have attempted to identify what determines the success of using this technology. The conclusion is that the employees, as the most important resource of every organization, along with human knowledge, skills, potentials and abilities, are one of the crucial factors which determine the success of ICT application. The subject of this paper is the analysis of the impact of contemporary ICT on human resources. One of the main change in organizations over the last couple of years is the growing use of information and communication technology. The objective of this study is to determine the impact of Information and Communication Technology on the efficiency of Human Resource Management. It specifically seeks to investigate how the use of ICT affects the following human resources management practices; Human resource planning, training and development, selection and recruitment, human resource evaluation and compensation. The data collected was secondary data. Results show a significant positive relationship between the use of ICT in selection and, training and development, Human resource planning, evaluation and compensation and human resource management efficiency. This highlights the use of ICT as an efficient tool in Human resource management of enterprises. The use of ICT assures Human resource management efficiency, we therefore suggest that regular Information and Communication Technology training and development should be enhanced so as to allow proper interactions between Human Resource Management and the different departments which could lead to the organizational efficiency.

    Impact of Employee Morale on Organizational Success

    Employee morale is viewed as feelings of well-being an employee has in a workplace setting and it is proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction and productivity. As morale describes the emotions and attitude, employees who are optimistic and happy tend to have high morale and employees who are pessimistic and unhappy have low morale. The research in this article focuses on the impact of employee morale on organization success. A relationship with the organization facilitates employees to develop trust and satisfaction that has an effect on developing positive morale. The plays of Morale are no less important for an industrial undertaking. The success of failure of the industry depends much on the Morale of the employees.This article describes the background of the term morale and the methods used by the industries to increase morale in the workplace. The outcome from this study is used for other factors in human resource management like Employee motivation and Job satisfaction.

    This report presents a comprehensive analysis of the performance appraisal system at Epyllion Group, specifically focusing on Epyllion Style Ltd. Using the Balanced Scorecard approach, the appraisal method was developed for departments including Marketing and Sales, Accounts, Inventory Management, HR & Admin, ICT, and Supply Chain. The report also highlights the company’s history, vision, mission, values, and the operational style of the HR Admin & CSR department. It integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, sharing insights from the author’s internship experience. Detailed evaluations, observations, and recommendations are provided to enhance HR practices. The appraisal system includes job analysis, workload review, and business process assessments. The report concludes with the official format now adopted by the company.

Human resource division in Partex star group with almost all the wings of HRM like, Recruitment, learning, and Organization Development, Compensation, Pay and Benefits and HR Administration . Partex Star Group is highly organized and as well as target oriented . There are different types recruitment procedure of Partex Star Group.
