Abstract
In the next 25 years, the number of seniors in Bangladesh will continue to increase. It will increase to 35 percent of the total population, about six and a half crores in number. Besides, those who left the country after the '90s. Scattered in different parts of the world, they will also step into the group of seniors. Therefore, we need to think about those 35% groups of people and their changing lifestyles. Sobai raja Oboshor Abash: the 1st integrated retired community and continuing care in Bangladesh. This community provides Integration with large Communities to establish Connections with the communities through family, friends, intergenerational, volunteering, or community activities. This integrational approach will Provide a space that will give the senior citizen a sense of ownership of that space. A space that integrated with the surrounding environment, with the neighborhood community, and mostly with the people. Moreover, it is an organization that will provide housing, endeavor, hospitality, and health care services for the aging population in Bangladesh.
