dc.description.abstractThis report, titled “An Evaluation of Supply Chain Management Operations of Shwapno” analyze how effective and efficient Shwapno’s supply chains are, focusing on how the company manages its inventory, procurement, logistics and cold chain systems. It also analyzes how Shwapno, a top retail company in Bangladesh, balances the operations of its stores and online channel, and the distribution, forecasting and infrastructure challenges of demand and supply chain systems. The analysis is based on secondary data, and Porter’s Value Chain and Supply Chain Integration models, and identified gaps in technology use, collaboration with suppliers, and integrations of sustainable development goals in supply chain management. The report outlines performance and costs effective strategies to increase operational and structural flexibility and resilience of the supply chains. It shows the author’s deep insights on supply chain management within the competitive and dynamic retail sector
