Abstract
This report reflects my internship experience at Platinum Hospital Limited. As an accountant intern at PHL, I learned many things and implemented them in real life. The work culture at PHL is incredible; everyone is helpful. The organization part of the report focuses on the hospital's operational activities, services offered by PHL, marketing strategies, and operation management. It analyzes PHL's SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model. PHL does not publish an annual report, so I cannot include the financial part in this report. Moreover, patient satisfaction is crucial in both public and private hospitals. In the report, I described how factors influence patient satisfaction. Bangladesh's Government should increase the health sector budget in the upcoming fiscal year for the betterment of patients.
