Abstract

The internship discusses how I taught English at the Hope International School and College. The internship helped me to apply from classroom learning to real teaching situations. I taught different groups of the students. My main goal was to better understand how students respond to different teaching methods and improve my skills. I focused on lesson planning, classroom management, and communication. I faced different kinds of challenges but my supervisor helped me to overcome with the challenges. I tried my level best for making the classes more interesting. I encouraged the students and I motivated the students. As a result they could get more confidence about themselves and they could engage and perform in class in a proper way. The report shows the strengths and the growth area of myself. Overall, the internship improved my confidence and talent.
