Abstract

I have prepared my report based on my three months internship program that I have finished in Asiatic Marketing Communications Limited under Community Engagement Department. I took up the internship course as it is a requirement for completing my undergrad BBA degree. This report includes Chapter 1, where I have written the introduction and briefly discussed about the company profile, organizational structure, and its clients. In Chapter 2, I have explained my overall assignments, experience of internship program, and contribution to community engagement department throughout the internship period, my observations and recommendations for the company. This is solely my personal view and the things I have come across while working in the company as an intern. Chapter 3 includes the project on how Nestle runs their Community Engagement Department. I concluded the report with Chapter 4. I had worked there only for three months but I have come to gather a lot of knowledge regarding how digital marketing agencies work. During that period, I learned and experienced marketing and management related tasks and implemented my knowledge of marketing, finance and Excel during my internship period. Based on my experience in eight weeks internship period, I have tried to find the shortcomings and also provided the probable solutions.
