Abstract
This report shows that the executives of Transcom Beverages Ltd who plays a significant role in beverage sector a PepsiCo affiliate, they put their potentials in trade marketing. By doing many analyses in-depth research the research on this report found out that many types of challenges such as Competitive market, logistic complexes, different customer preferences. As a result, this highlights major prospects for example using using data analytics for targeted marketing, making new strategic relationships and increasing online experiments more. The findings in this report reveals that Transcom beverage faces many types of challenges in strategic adaptation and fresh techniques in the trade marketing sector which can achieve competitive advantage and market expansion. The report will provide a good amount of insight information for industry leaders who is willing to evolve trade marketing side drastically.
