Using a qualitative methodology, the study conducted audio interviews with a wide range of participants from different age groups and backgrounds. Interviewees' preferences for magazines, purchasing patterns, content preferences, purchase barriers, and thoughts of magazines' position in the digital era were investigated. The results prove the complicated interactions among cultural norms, individual preferences, and other important factors that affect magazine consumption in Bangladesh.
