Abstract
The BBA curriculum at BRAC University requires students to produce an internship report. This research investigates the company's achievements since launching their fintech product DANA. The main purpose of this research is to provide financial performance analysis of the fintech product since its introduction.
IPDC stands as a leading and esteemed NBFI in Bangladesh which occupies a distinguished position within the country's financial landscape. The organization started operations in 1981 before establishing Bangladesh's first financial organization. The development of IPDC has been substantial during recent years. The analysis will show their growth trajectory following the implementation of DANA.
The first chapter provides an extensive overview of the internship program. The introduction chapter presents both a description of the internship activities and the results and conclusions gathered from the IPDC Finance Limited DANA Department.
The second chapter of this report delivers a detailed business description on the overall company. The report contains both industry analysis and SWOT assessment together with IPDC Finance Ltd.'s fundamental operational methods.
The third chapter provides an explanation of how the fintech product of IPDC, known as DANA, helped with the growth of the company over the last few years. Data have been collected and assessed for the purpose of trend analysis. Various graphs plotted in this section provides visual representations of the information and research analysis. Financial performance data from IPDC Finance Limited annual reports were analyzed, while incorporating findings, contribution and recommendation, study limitation, etc sections in this part.
