dc.description.abstractThis study examines how dynamic capacities within British American Tobacco (BAT) in addition to Chevron operations in Bangladesh. Besides, how it can improve sustainability-oriented innovation. In particular, it examines the active skills essential for developing sustainable practices in the tobacco in addition to energy industries as multinational corporations. The study increasingly acknowledges the significance of environmental and social responsibility. It should be noticed that the research reveals BAT's dedication to sustainability through dynamic characteristics, together with strategic agility, corresponding with UN Sustainable Development Goals. Predominately, the study uses qualitative techniques that consist of thematic analysis and secondary data. In addition, the emphasis on renewable fuel generation by the Chevron Renewable Energy Group demonstrates the company's 25-year commitment to Bangladesh's economic development and sustainable energy sources. These businesses demonstrate their capacity for sustainable innovation through emphasizing market responsiveness, organizational learning, in addition to flexibility. Apart from this, the study concludes that dynamic capabilities. In general, these are critical to the advancement of sustainability-oriented innovation in addition to that BAT and Chevron in Bangladesh. Above and beyond, it gives leading examples of how organizations can navigate complexity while promoting environmental responsibility, market responsiveness, in addition to continuous learning in the service of sustainable innovation.
