Abstract
The study was conducted in the Horticulture Farm, Sher-e-Bangla
Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh during the period from
December 2011 to May 2012. The experiment consisted of two factors:
Factor A: Japanese bunch onion lines as L1: White star, L2: Moto kura and
L3: Akahige or Red hero; and Factor B: Earthing up as E0: No earthing up
