Abstract
In this report, I talk about the internship I did at B-Fortunate. In this report, I've written about the ideas and concepts I've seen and heard about during my internship at this educational consultancy. This internship report presents an in-depth analysis of customer satisfaction at B-Fortunate, an educational consultancy firm specializing in overseas education services. This report's objectives are to assess how well the business satisfies customer expectations and pinpoint areas in need of development. The paper comprises five sections: Introduction, Company Overview, Literature Review, Analysis, and Findings with Recommendations. The primary data were obtained using a structured questionnaire and 60 respondents, whereas secondary data were obtained using the company documents and online resources. The findings indicate that the majority of the clients are pleased with the professionalism of B- Fortunate staff, its responsiveness, and communication. Nonetheless, the areas that require some enhancements are the consistency of counselling, effectiveness of its services, and marketing outreach. Some of the recommendations are improved staff training, digital integration of processes and diversified promotional activities as a way of doing things to better customer satisfaction and brand positioning.
