Abstract
A manufacturer of electrical appliances and accessories, Kitty Industries Ltd. offers a range of designs and quality. To keep up with the current electrical design trends, our management, engineers, production, and research and development department are working tirelessly, all while ensuring that the quality of our goods is maintained. We always have the advantage of being able to predict the buyer's needs, which enables us to satisfy them appropriately. In a short period of time, Kitty Industries Limited has been able to secure a substantial portion of the market. The business currently sells its goods to different regions of the nation and aspires to grow into international markets; we are getting quite near to this goal. This entire report, which I created, is based on Kitty Industries Ltd.'s employee recruitment and selection procedures under the heading "Employee recruitment and selection policies and practices." Finding out how Kitty Industries Ltd.'s hiring and selection procedures work was the aim of this study. Data for this research has been gathered from both primary and secondary sources. The recruitment and selection procedures used by Kitty Industries Ltd. Are the exclusive focus of this study. Despite certain constraints, such as inadequate information and insufficient expertise, I have made every effort to make this report as educational as possible.
