dc.description.abstractA bank may be a sort of economic organization whose essential objective is to form cash through the trade of money and other shapes of credit. Both benefit and budgetary victory are needs for this company. The internship report was made based on my experience as an understudy and my display work since NRBC Bank may be a commercial bank. Within the show time, NRBC Bank PLC is recognized as one of the leading and most reputable banks in Bangladesh. The rapid growth of the bank is largely attributed to its comprehensive training and development programs, which play a key role in ensuring that employees contribute effectively to the organization’s success. Different sorts of preparing courses of action moreover secure the agent support additionally lessen agent turnover. A conclusive objective of the preparing is as it were ensuring the common headway of the specialists and finishing upper hands through skilled authorities. Every bank must prioritize training and development in order to guarantee that its staff members are adequately prepared to handle market demands. The similar strategy is used by NRBC Bank PLC. NRBC Bank PLC has a well-organized and planned training program that aims to improve workers' abilities and set them up for success. An examination of NRBC Bank PLC's existing employee training and development procedures is presented in this paper. I have put together this report based on my views and practical experience. I used data from both the branch office and the head office to conduct a survey among NRBC Bank PLC's Kamarpara Branch employees for this study. I used questionnaires, field data, and the internet as study sources. According to the survey's findings, NRBC Bank PLC is steadfastly dedicated to enhancing its training facilities and sees them as a wise investment. Additionally, I saw that participant evaluation and trainer selection are highly valued by NRBC Bank's training department. I've included a number of helpful ideas and suggestions in the last section of my report that I think could help the bank's training programs get even better.
