Abstract

My experience working as an English teacher at Hogalbunia Hatbati Secondary High School is detailed in the internship report. I engaged with diverse classes to gain insights into my development as well as my students' educational experiences. In this report, I endeavor to share my observations. Which stem from a range of factors, including my skill development, encountered challenges, teaching methods, learning processes, assessment techniques, and feedback mechanisms. The core objectives of this research revolve around illuminating the instructional strategies employed by teachers within the classroom setting. Drawing upon the intern's findings, the study yields a set of recommendations that can prove invaluable in discerning the institutional strengths and weaknesses. Also, academic performance, opportunities, facilities, and the collective potential of the teacher were observed during this enriching internship experience
