Impact of branch network on banking business

Abstract

The report describes the internship program offered by NRB Commercial Bank Limited. As an intern, I was in charge of assisting my line managers and supervisors with a range of tasks like dealing with clients, keeping records of checkbooks and debit cards, creating accounts in accordance with their requests, and so forth. My inspiring administrator and the person who has overseen all of my work is Mohiuddin Ahmed, assistant vice president and manager of operations of NRB Commercial Bank Limited's Dhanmondi branch always helped me to learn new things and understand different banking concepts. The report's objective is to examine the overall impact of NRBC Bank Limited's branch network. In the report, I tried to explain how to use branch networking in the banking industry because, through my work with several departments of NRBC Bank, Dhanmondi Branch, I have come to understand how crucial it is to have branches and maintain a branch network to run all operations. Additionally, throughout my stay there, I obtained a sizable portion of my primary sources for learning about the branch networking from the employees of the credit and general banking departments. Since they frequently needed it to manage day-to-day operations, they gave me materials and questionnaires. The data has been looked at in light of the opinion analysis that followed conversations about the value of having a branch network with the branch manager, operation manager, and all the other employees in the Dhanmondi branch. To fully grasp this idea, they also actively participate in some of the tasks. These findings prompted me to conduct an additional study to improve the branch networking procedure at NRBC Bank Limited.
