In chapter one introduction, purpose, objective, scope, methodology, limitations are discussed. In chapter two organizational profile of the Safid Star Properties Ltd. Chapter three housing estate activities & findings, Chapter four discussed SWOT of Safid Star Properties Ltd, Chapter five finally recommendations and conclusion are given in this chapter.
