Abstract
This report outlines the Human Resource Development and Recruitment Practices of BRAC, the greatest development organisation in the world. It charts how BRAC's Human Resource Division aligns recruitment, training, and staff empowerment with the organisation's larger mission of social transformation. It determines BRAC's strong focus on inclusive recruitment, capacity building, digital transformation, and employee well-being. Data obtained from surveys, interviews, and first-hand field experience prove that BRAC's HR initiatives greatly boost staff motivation, performance, and organisational culture. It highlights that BRAC's HR systems are good but have further potential to improve workload balance, technological integration, and performance appraisal to make its operations more successful. It ends that ongoing innovation in HR strategy is crucial for BRAC to sustain its impact in development and to empower its global employees.
