The report focuses solely on United Hospital Limited's "Recruitment & Selection- Planning & Placement." This report mainly describes the recruiting and selection practices, procedures, and coordination used by United Hospital Limited. while employing both "Doctors & Nurses" and general employees for all departments. Priority should be given to the data from the internship report that was created by combining primary and secondary data as part of the processes. According to this research, UHL creates compatible plans at each stage of its recruitment and selection processes by considering about "Replacement" while planning for vacant position.
