Abstract

Chapter one included- Student Information, where I had to write about my information, internship information that means company details, where I got the opportunity to work, and also what type of responsibilities I have done at the company. Chapter two the organization's part included the company. Al-Arafah Islami Bank is a prominent financial institution in Bangladesh that strives to implement the ideals of ethical banking, financial inclusion, and Islamic values. Their vision to become the most trusted Islamic bank in the country, contributing to national development and customer welfare in compliance with Shariah. They aim to operate on the principles of innovation and growth. In addition, their selection and recruitment procedures are very standard. Their financial situation and assets are growing every year. Additionally, this Bank enabled me to get involved and gave me insight into the job sector. For my project part, I studied the Ujjwala Care Organization. To collect primary data, I interviewed four members of the organization, including two founders (one woman), a female management employee and a female worker. The issues raised during the interviews represent the basis for my analysis of women-led entrepreneurship, empowerment, and innovation in this sector. I further verified and supplemented my findings using articles, Ujjwala Care's official website, and LinkedIn resources to ensure that I was adequately covering their goals, impact, and development strategies.
