dc.description.abstractMinistry of Foreign Affairs executes and formulates the foreign policy of Bangladesh. This organization represents our nation to many international organizations and provides help to the common citizen of this country. Foreign Ministry executes its various duties through its headquarters office which is located in Segunbagicha, Dhaka. The ministry has taken an initiative to build a new headquarter complex on the existing site. Till now, the different departments of MOFA was located in different administrative buildings on the site, but it was necessary to unify all the departments together. That is why the ministry holds a plan to build an office building which will be funded by the Government of Bangladesh. By designing an office that encourages people to share and communicate This project can create a new prototype for the government offices. The site itself has a major opportunity of creating a public zone in the urban node. The project has the potential of representing our culture and vision as a nation to the world.
