Abstract

To begin with, I want to sincerely thank Allah for His divine favor, which allowed me to finish my final year internship successfully. In the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University, Supervisor Dr. Md. Bellal Hossain is a professor. I am deeply beholden to him and truly grateful. Strong expertise in the field of "Clinical Nutrition" as well as a strong desire to complete this assignment are possessed by our supervisor.
