dc.description.abstractThe project aims to create a short product animation of a smartphone. This can be used for the purpose of advertisement and attracting consumer attention. The entire project was created using CGI (computer-generated imagery) technology. My part in the project consisted of creating the 3D models, animation, lighting and rendering, fx and simulation for the project. Which were used for creating assets such as the phone itself, creating movements and rendering the final image all in 3D. It was done using tools and techniques such as hard surface modeling, image-based lighting, GPU (graphics processing unit) based rendering, etc. In the future, the project can show people of different industries the capability of CGI to produce attractive advertisements for products.
