Abstract

On April 1st, 2001, Shahjalal Islami Bank became a public limited company under the Companies Act of 1994, embarking on a path to fulfill its vision and goal. Success, according to SJIBL, hinges on the capacity to continuously meet every evolving client preference. I have included every significant facet of my internship job experience in my report. I worked on SJIBL's general banking division. This study's primary goal is to provide a concise overview of SJIBL's general banking operations, customer satisfaction, deposit and savings products, and retail loan products. It also aims to describe my roles and responsibilities during these three months at Shahjalal Islami Bank. It concludes with a study of a handful of the services offered by Shahjalal Islami Bank's general banking division, which provides insight into the division's level of success.
