4D Films as Assistant Director

Abstract

My experience working as an assistant director at 4D Films during my internship is detailed in my report. The well-known 360-degree comprehensive market communications firm Focus 24, is in charge of managing it in Bangladesh. Also, I work as a subeditor for the online magazine Iconic Focus 24 produces at aticonicfocus24.com. In this report, I cover my observations, encounters and lessons learned throughout my 13-week internship. It contains information about the organization, its composition, and the individuals who formed it. It contains details on my weekly routine, my supervisor, the tools and equipment I use, the skills I have already gained, and the connection between academic instruction and real-world work. I learned a lot about overcoming obstacles and obtained a great deal of real-world work experience throughout my internship. Over the course of my three-month internship, I learned a lot. My future career will benefit from the practical work experience I have received. For this company, I handled multitasking tasks because, in these difficult times, one skill is insufficient. A person needs to stand out from the competition in this industry by possessing a wide range of skills. Thus, one of the most significant things I learned during my internship was the need to hone one's talents. I have tried my best to include information about the company, my background and the skills I have acquired in my report. I have included a weekly summary of my internship activities here. We provide branding, social media and digital marketing and all types of digital production services as a full-service agency. The corporation also operates a production company where it provides services for drama, short film, OVC, TVC and AV production.
