    Everything I Learned From An Organization : My Journey at Channel 24

    This report describes my experiences and lessons learned during a twelve-week internship at Channel 24, a well-known 24/7 satellite television channel in Bangladesh that specializes in Bengali-language news and entertainment programming. The report provides an in-depth account of my internship experience. It explores the organizational framework of Channel 24 and presents the people who help make it successful. Additionally, I will talk about my committed supervisor, who gave me significant advice during the internship. Along with describing my weekly activities, the report also emphasizes the internship's practical components and how they relate to the theoretical knowledge I've learned during my academic studies. Additionally examined will be the tools and equipment used during the internship. Above all, this report highlights the abilities I acquired during this wonderful experience. The internship gave me a rare chance to take on real-world work issues and obtain real-world work experience, both of which would surely help my future career. One of the key One of the key lessons learned was the value of having a broad range of talents in the competitive job market of today. Success in the media sector requires the capacity to multitask and constantly learn new skills.     A report that provides the final touch on my internship which is a full-time academic requirement for the completion of my curriculum from Daffodil International University Also an analytical review of my respective journey in Goldsands Hotels and Resort. My internship contented of three-month internship, it was in the hospitality department, mainly Marketing and Sales Department which gave me a depth level understanding about the architectural of hospitality industry. The hospitality business, as we all understand, is dynamic in nature which made me realize during this internship that a lot of marketing strategy and sales technique knowledge is put to practice in real time to sustain in the industry and not only grow, but also help the customer in keeping content. I worked alongside the team on marketing campaigns, assisted in closing sales and greeted guests face to face to provide a feedback loop on customer relations. As such, this report aims to consolidate my practical observations, understanding, and insights in order to reflect upon these moving forward into my future working expectations.

Iconic is an online portal whose editor is Ahmed Istiaque Himel. Here I have done various types of feature news every week along with news. Various pictures taken by me have been uploaded here, some of which have received a lot of response on social media. In this book, I have highlighted my entire 12-week activities. Here is a description of my responsibilities, routine, supervisors, how I worked using the tools. In this report, I have included details of myself, the company I interned for, and the work. It is true that what I have learned in academic studies can be measured by serving a company, which is what I did and it has increased my confidence. I feel that I am now ready to work in any company.

    I have already completed my three-month internship at a reputed newspaper in Bangladesh - "The Daily Samakal". I spent my three-month internship as a sub-editor on the online news desk at Samakal newspaper. In this summary, I share my experience from these three months of practical work, the problems I faced while working, and the techniques I used to handle them. Over the course of these 13 weeks, I have acquired extensive knowledge and practical skills. I have learned efficient ways to edit news articles using numerous shortcuts and techniques, as well as how to gather all the necessary sources and incorporate the relevant information into the newspaper in an effective manner. Additionally, I have provided a clear presentation of the newspaper's structure in this report. I have also detailed the tools utilized under the guidance of my industrial supervisor, highlighted the application of modern technology, and described the valuable insights I gained through their use.

After the academic theory book-learnings, we all need to have proper hand-on experiences to know the industry well. My internship was in Adcomm Limited. It’s one of the oldest and prestigious advertising agency in Bangladesh. This internship offered a dynamic learning and exciting experiences through fun and seriousness. Here, we didn’t work for 8 hours long. Instead, we did fun things, and worked with a hybrid time-line. It gave me the experience of word shaping, creative advertising, strategic brand communication and marketing innovation.

    Internship at HouseBoat Productions

    This report is about my internship as the Assistant Director at Houseboat Productions. I walked in with a head full of textbook knowledge, eager to see what TVC and film-making really felt like outside the classroom. Over the past twelve weeks, I was welcomed into the heart of the creative process. I learned the technical skills, including how to collaborate with a team and upgrade skills such as continuity log, research and development (R&D), script breakdown, location and character breakdown, scheduling shooting slots, and so on. In these pages, I will share challenges, lessons that I have learned, and my point of view about film-making and TVC. This was not only an assignment for me but also a reflection of my personal and professional growth. I hope this report will give a reader a genuine feel for my role. After all, it conveys how this internship has been preparing me for a future in film-making.

    In the enclosed paper, you will find a detailed overview of my stay at Rajendra Eco Resort, which was the internship period in the Public Relations and Communication department. The internship was a mandatory prerequisite for my graduation in the field of Journalism, Media and Communication at Daffodil International University. I participated in several activities such as content writing, social media management, event coordination, and both internal and external communication during the internship period. Through such responsibilities, I learned how the good combination of public relations and media strategies can build a positive image of the organization and engage the audience. The report not only provides information about the organization’s structure and working procedures but also includes my duties and the PR strategies used by the organization. A SWOT analysis is conducted and an academic theories of journalism and communication reflections is done showing their application in practice. The internship, in its entirety, equipped me with skills such as professional communication, creative thinking, and comprehension of media and public relations in the context of building brand reputation and trust with the public.
