Deposit Management Of AL-Arafah Islami Bank Limited

Abstract

This report is the culmination of my three-month internship at Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited, undertaken as part of my BBA program. Throughout my internship, I experienced a supportive and professional environment, with staff demonstrating expertise in their respective roles. The report is structured into several sections: an introduction to the host organization, a description of deposit management, data collection and processing methods, analysis and discussion of findings, recommendations, and a reflection on my internship experience. The findings highlight key aspects of deposit management at Al-Arafah Islami Bank, based on both primary and secondary data sources. While I acknowledge my inexperience may have led to some inaccuracies, I aimed to provide constructive observations. The recommendations proposed in this report are intended to address identified shortcomings and enhance the bank's deposit management practices.
