Abstract

This internship in the market leading MFS company of Bangladesh has provided me with the valuable opportunity to experience a real-world work environment. This report focuses on analyzing consumer perception of digital education fee payment in Bangladesh. The report begins by reviewing the current state of the Mobile Financial Service (MFS) sector in Bangladesh. It then delves into a literature review of MFS, exploring both the opportunities and challenges presented by MFS providers. The third section provides a concise analysis of the industry landscape. Finally, there port presents user-centric findings and evaluations regarding the effectiveness, reliability, shortcomings, and limitations of current digital education fee payment systems using MFS.
