Abstract
Bangladesh Karmochary Kalyan Board also known as (BKKB) is an organization under the ministry of public administration aspiring to help eradicate and develop the socio-economic state of the country. Starting its journey in 2004, the board is actively working in eight districts including the Dhaka metropolitan area but it fails to have its own identity. Therefore, to enhance its administrative aspects and creating a permanent source of income which will directly be used in the welfare of the non-military public employees and its family, the board has decided to build its own administrative identity. This dissertation paper deals with my academic journey of the architectural design process of the “Bangladesh Karmochary Kalyan Board Bhaban” regarding how to make this project an efficient, climate friendly, iconic landmark building from the preliminary researches till the completed design product.
