In conducting this study, I integrated understandings from my professional position, academic background, and personal experiences. The first chapter presents introduction of the internship report. Chapter two contains the company background, while chapter three presents theoretical framework of the report. The chapter four covers analysis of recruitment & selection process of Rahim Group Ltd, chapter five describes the findings, recommendations & conclusion.
