They introduced IDLC Investments in the banner of Marchant banking. IDLC Investments Limited Started their activity form 1999. On that time this division’s first activity was underwriting shares. In 2004 IDLCIL entered into non-discretionary portfolio management and later on in 2007 they entered into discretionary management service. In 2000, IDLC Finance limited separate IDLC Investments Limited according to SEC rules. On that time SEC come up with a law to make all financial institution needs to separate their merchant banking operation.
