Abstract

This internship report details my experiences and learnings gained during a twelve-week placement at Channel 24, a leading Bangladeshi 24/7 satellite television channel known for its Bengali-language news and infotainment content. The report offers a comprehensive overview of my internship journey. It delves into the organizational structure of Channel 24, introducing the individuals who contribute to its success. I will also discuss my dedicated supervisor who provided invaluable guidance throughout the internship. Furthermore, the report details my weekly activities, highlighting the practical aspects of the internship and how they connected to the theoretical knowledge acquired through my academic studies. The tools and equipment utilized during the internship will also be explored. Most importantly, this report emphasizes the skills I developed during this valuable experience. The internship provided a unique opportunity to confront real-world work challenges and gain practical job experience that will undoubtedly benefit my future career. One of the key takeaways was the importance of possessing a diverse skillset in today's demanding professional landscape.
