Project Management Process of Daffodil International Professional Training Institute (DIPTI):

Abstract

This report provides a comprehensive analysis of the Project Management Process employed at Daffodil International Professional Training Institute (DIPTI). The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness, challenges, and opportunities within DIPTI's project management framework. As an intern serving as a Project Management Officer at DIPTI, my involvement in the AWSCloud Day Bangladesh 2023 project provided invaluable experience for an in-depth explorationof DIPTI's project management approach. Key findings highlight DIPTI's commitment to structured project management methodologies, specifically emphasizing the utilization of waterfall principles to adapt and respond to evolving educational needs. The institute's project lifecycle demonstrates a systematic flow from initiation to closure, incorporating meticulous planning, execution, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
