Abstract
The internship program has been kindly intended to create a bridge among academic learning and applied exposure, allowing MBA students to gain real-life business insights. This report, titled “An Analysis of the Marketing Activities of Hyperion Builders Ltd.,” is prepared founded on internship experience in the Marketing Department of the company. Hyperion Builders Ltd., recognized in 2006, is a renowned real estate service provider in BD. The company primarily focuses on ready flat sales in Dhaka and hotel share investment opportunities in Cox’s Bazar. Over the years, HBL has positioned itself as a trusted name in the industry by ensuring property safety, timely handovers, and customer-oriented services. The core marketing activities of HBL reflect a combination of both digital and traditional approaches. Through Facebook Ads, Bikroy.com listings, and online promotional campaigns, the company successfully targets urban professionals and service holders. At the same time, HBL maintains a strong offline presence with telemarketing, direct client visits, brochures, billboards, and participation in real estate fairs. Their marketing team reaches clients within a day to provide detailed service information at home or the office. Relationship marketing is another key strength, as HBL ensures continuous customer engagement and after-sales service to build long-term trust.
