dc.description.abstractWith a variety of facilities, Foodpanda BD has been working to assure customer satisfaction. During the whole process of my internship, I have focused on the elderly customers' preferences and satisfaction. This report has three parts. Chapter one describes the company's overview and the results of my internship. The organization is described in Chapter 2 along with its various facets, including its organizational structure, the history of the principal departments, the marketing practices and its mission and vision. Three ways to determine the company's competitiveness are also highlighted in Chapter 2 in addition. In Chapter 3, I have discussed the process of data collection along with data analysis of the information which I have collected via an interview with some elderly people who use the foodpanda app. Here, those elderly customers basically mentioned some factors of satisfaction, dissatisfaction and so on.
