Abstract

An experiment Was conducted at the experimental field of Sher-c-l3angla Agricultural University. i)haka during the period from December 2007 to March 2008 to s(Lidy the effect of irrigation on the growth and yield of dillerelit wheat varieties. i he experiment comprised two thetors; Irrigation: 3 levels (1 ) : Control. l: One irrigation a crown root initiation stage. 1: Two irrigation at Clown root initial jot) stage and grain Idling stage) and Variety: 4 LV,: l3ijoy, '12: l'rodip. V: Suti and '14: Results showed that the effect of irngatiOl) on difibrent plant parameters and yield v/is sigifi ticant.
