Abstract

ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Ltd. is one of the biggest agro-business in Bangladesh and currently leading the market in animal farming with evolving technologies. This report is about training need analysis of ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Ltd. This report is made on the basis of practical knowledge, experience and personal observation throughout my internship duration. Based on the information I have received from my organization supervisor on the particular topic Training Need Analysis, I have prepared this report. Every organization needs training to develop the employee as well as the organization. As a result, employee can get more connected with the vision, mission, goal of the company and get motivated and prepare themselves to take and maintain leadership roles.
